Does this upgrade give extra channels. I ask as my X12s on ACCST has the standard 16 channels. But to use a RB30 board on ACCESS, theres a possible 24ch available. How can i use 24ch on a 16ch trans. Can you still use the external XJT module, 4in1 module in the JR bay with this unit
Wrong firmware, u need isrm-u Version. This is just opentx with internal access Option. U can read the fw Version. But cannot bind or using Spektrum analyzer or do you?
Hi... nice video! I'm willing to upgrade my X10 but I have 2 worries: The PARA board is a mandatory upgrade as well? And an upgraded X10 is able to use a R9M module with Access? Many Thanks!
@@attituderc8826 You MUST connect a third antenna! You might connect the Bluetoooth antenna or install another antenna in the place where the Bluetooth antenna is mounted while moving that one near the Bluetooth module. If you do not install the third antenna the module will be overloaded by the signal reflected from the open antenna connector. There is simply no way to radiate the energy out into space and it will therefore simply reflect and may well damage the module output amplifier after some time. The Bluetooth antenna is technically almost identical to the internal antenna used for the module, because they use identical radio frequency ranges.
You can disable that antenna in the software. Also you can use the existing bluetooth antenna, or you can add in a 3rd antenna , but ordering another one. I have a third on on order.
@@attituderc8826 So, if I understand correctly that the new module is designed to be connected to a bluetooth antenna and an internal module antenna that would have been connected to original internal module, is the third antenna the new internal module to improve signal connectivity?
Be sure to wear a static wristband I just blew out a receiver with a static discharge.

and That modul do WHAT. what is the function of the upgrade.
Boa noite amigo você sabe me dizer se o edgetx é compatível com Horus X10S express
Obrigado
Hi. It's the same module of the x10s/X10 or it's different?
how does the ISRM RF Upgrade Board work after you installed it. and did you download the ETHOS on to it and try it
Does the new module allow binding to ACCST protocol receivers as well? The information on FrSky web site seems inconsistent on this.
Yes you can still bind ACCST.

The para board is not mandatory. I do not know about the R9M module?
How were your antenna connections done?
I thought the access module required 3 antennas?
I can see the old board has 2 antenna connections & the new one has 3. Did you leave one unusded?

Needs a third antenna FFS

THANK YOU, for the catch. I should have noted that in the video.
What would the third antenna be for? does it connect to anything?
@@passinthru4328 Yes you can use the bluetooth antenna or add a x10s internal antenna.
