A few days ago i saw an Australian reactor Chase Carneson, reacting to this song, and he cried all the time, when usually he analyzes the music in detail. He lost his father earlier this year. I think he had cancer. Marko's father had broblems with alcohol, so did Marko, but he stopped drinking years ago. He said he doesn't mind if other people drink, but at some point he can't listen to them anymore and he leaves. Marko's father was an English teacher, and a woman who interviewed Marko on Finnish TV told that her favorite English classes were the ones when Marko's father had his guitar with him and he played and sang to the pupils. She also told she remembered when Marko had left the school, he came back as a class room assistant, helping pupils that needed help. Check out "Nightwish Lullaby". It is something special, unofficial, a private video with Marko singing to Jukka's, the Nightwish drummer's, little baby. It's an old video.

Sorry sorry, it's very emotional 😪. The Finnish version of this video is "Isäni ääni" and there's no blurring. There is Anssi Nykänen with "Kumu" drums (handmade in Finland) and the great Tuomas Väinölä in guitars. A great performance in all. Don't hide the tears, when they are genuine. 👍

There is another really amazing Finnish band: "Poets of the Fall". Look/react their songs "Carnival of Rust", "Daze", "False Kings" and "The Sweet Escape" / "Partir Avec Moi" (there is english/french versios) for example. You'll love Marko Saaresto's voice!
This song and Marko is one hell of an emotional overload.....a song of life.....and a tribute to those that have passed on....it's beautiful...thank you for a truly heartfelt reaction .
