It's a bloody awesome and beautiful layout. At first i thought it was a small layout, due to the sheer amount of fine detail in the first images, but it's huge. A lot of time and love went to make it so perfect. Still going, methinks. I had seen it before, but comments were out. Cheers from Brazil!
We ran a college in the midlands called Westfield. We now live in Canada and run a tourist model railway show. You can view clips if you click the logo.
Awesome Modelling 👏🏻👏🏻 I Find This Period of The GWR so Evocative, there were Still a Few Remnants of it around, Accompanied by The Last survivors of the Steam Era, when I was Taken on Holidays as a child- This is a Layout that many will aspire to but never achieve (me included) 😉😄
I have only recently come across your channel on here, how it has eluded me uptil now I have no idea. Good old UA-cam. So is this a 00 or N gauge layout, I am confused after reading the blurb above? No doubt others have asked but what are the dimensions of the loft layout, would also like to know how deep the worktops are either side so as I can get some idea how much I can get in my loft, bearing in mind my layout is in N gauge. Now all I have to do is watch all the others and wait for updates to come out, wonderful. Regards Chris
My First two layouts were N then sadly couldn't see details like loco numbers so sold all my stuff and went on to OO. The loft was 7M long 2.4m wide and OO so loads of room for N, I had a carpenter remove all the diagonal trusses and fit 2M by 1M cupboards under the eaves and three vellox windows, also stairs up, see the Westfield III video 800mm left side and 600 mm right as you look from the stairs
The skill and detail in this layout is amazing. I’ve looked at many layouts on UA-cam but this one is in a class of its own.
Thx Tony

Tyneham, Lytchet, and Corfe Mullen? Are you local to these areas then? I'm Dorset based so these are not far from me.
Nah but I was based at the RAC Gunnery School at Lulworth for two years and the names fitted my fictitious location…..
Epic layout! Has one of the wheels on the wagon behind got a flat on it?!
The loco was pushing the flatbed with the camera but was an accurascale manor and the front coupling was not fitted hence the bumpy ride lol
@@Rancidhamster aha. That makes sense!
