    @7.19 What if the knight moves to h4 attacking our qyeen after we move the queen to f3? How do we tackle that situation

      You can go Qe4 and next move play the idea with g3 and after Ng6 go for h4 h5 with the bishop on c4 and you get a great position

    Halloween gambit may work only in bullet and blitz and must be avoided in speed and classic games

    • @ChessSensei
      @ChessSensei  6 місяців тому +3

      Propably true because it is way harder to defend in comparison to attack but if you will prepared you can play it in both

      @@ChessSensei For blitz we can try halloween gambit for below 1800 elo but even if we are prepares in long games opponents find the best response

    Interesting, but such an opening with all 4 knights brought out like that (right at the start) is not common. Instead of playing knight to F6, a good black opponent would play pawn to D6, stopping this gambit before it could get started. But this is a good video showing you the potential danger from a defensive perspective. Plus, it emphasizes the idea of keeping your opponent on the run and shutting down his develpement with relentless attacks.
    It also shows the potential defensive nightmare it you let a protected pawn penetrate all the way to D6 with your own Queen pawn blocked behind it.

      Thanks for your great comment but most people don’t like to play d6 as it closes down his dark squares bishop on f8
