EDIT: unbelievable, but I found out the issue, (googling a lot of course, thank you Reddit) so in case someone else is experiencing this
→ go to your Mac settings → Accessibility → Reduce motion → Turn it off!
Thank you so much for your tutorial, it really was very easy to follow, but somehow even though everything looks just like yours on the canvas, the logos don't actually scroll when playing or publishing :( Any clue if there's anything that I should do? It does say speed 100% just like yours!

Thank you! One issue however, how do you make the logos with a transparent background instead of a white box?

The frames he's put the logos in have fill set to #FFFFFF so removing the fill should fix that.
