after the Document is created, how do you attach it to a BOM?

Hello, Brother hope you Are doing Good,im ABAPer I got Requirement regarding Enhancement, is Whenever user Create New version of the document if the previous version has not been Released one message will generate "only single version of the document allowed' , then the second user should allow create new document.

I have created the document as you showed, but how to added/attached it to a task list operation in IA06, so when the plan triggers the work order the attachment prints besides the operation instructions?

There is a way to do it. But depending on how you're SAP is configured with the server. My current company configuration is not set up correctly, so I can't really put a video together. Shoot me an email at [e-mail] and I can walk you through it.

@@elitevisiontechnology2809 actually after attached the PRT as document in the task list operation, I did a manual call on IP10, the new order came with the document on the operation's PRT, it also printed the attachment just went hit print button. But, do know any other way to attach documents to operations in task list and be able to print them on the work order?

You would have convert your image, document, or file into a bitmap. And then :
insert->graphic
Into the operation text
