- A VERY HELPFULL SHOP JIG FROM DOUG.Hey y'all my name is Doug I have been in the construction business all my life. At this time, I do commercial high-rise remodel that is why you see so many ladders, lifts, extension cords in the shop. My hobby and passion are wood working, that's what the wood shop area is for. I forgot to mention it also works great for laying out outside corners on woodworking. And if you want to do an inside notch on a corner use the inside of the washer. I use this hack for scrib'g cabinets to walls and flooring to walls. Now I know I can do more. Thanks for expanding my knowledge!
Do something kind for some you're right my friend that works great for that too my friend. Even for going around objects that you need a notch flooring around. One very useful little jig. And thank you buddy thank you so much

Good idea! I never thought about having an assortment ready, I usually just grab a paint can or a piece of pipe that is close to what I need for a radius.

California's very nice I love going up to the northern part of the state. About an hour's north of Oakland in the wine country there is where David Marks lives. He had a TV show back in the 80s called Woodworks. He's one of the best Carpenters I've ever known I've came up to his shop several times over the years. To take classes. And it's always such a joy being up there his neighbor is that gentleman named guy who did the Dives and Diner TV series on restaurants. Him and David are good friends there a lot of fun to hang out with.. and I'm sorry I tend to ramble quite a bit but again I can't say thank you enough for subscribing my friend I appreciate that so much. So, are they metric, imperial, or both? Or do you have separate sets? 😂😂😂 So, you’ll have to do an additional video using the washers to mark out a radius for a corner or multiple matching radii. 😂 Good set to have. Hope they are all well marked with all four measurements (outside, inside diameter, thickness, and width) that makes them easy to read and select the right one. Also good for matching a washer to the right size.

What do you call the ring you store the washers in?
Hey my friend how are you doing and thank you for asking. It's just a large key ring that you would store keys on. But instead of being the old style where you have to spin the key on it unclipses. You can find them at most Hardware. A little trick on them though if they tend to get loose on you and don't want to hold well. Just bend them a little bit in the direction that they lock and. And then they hold great. This is I guess and only I guess I think they're called Snap key ring. I could be wrong believe me I'm good at being wrong. LOL just do a search on Amazon or the internet for keyrings and you'll see that type of key ring. And thank you for asking my friend thank you very much. From Doug

If you didn't catch I did a little update on that video you can also use the washers for lining out outside corners on wood or anything for that matter and the inside of the washer can be used for laying out inside corners and boy does it work great I just forgot to show those two little things in the video so I did a short video on it yesterday . Scott thank you buddy it's a great thing to have. And it'll do even more than I showed in the video. You can Mark outside corner radius with the outside of the washer. And you can Mark inner radius. With the inside of the washer. You can also use them and drag them along rough edges and surfaces like where you trying to cut flooring up next to a rough-cut wall or something. And the washer will perfectly trace the pattern on the wall. There's so much you can do with them. I find them so helpful. And I hope you do too thank you my friend from Doug
