I was a Project Manager on a job for 10 years. The company lost the contract and I couldn’t find a job not even with my experiences. A friend told me you can do that, put your bit in for that contract. Praise GOD I was awarded the contract on a government site for 16 year!!

I didn’t think the application denial was funny. I was not impressed with anyone associated with the company speaking to a third party on or off the air. I suppose there are special rules in the state in which the buildings are located.
And putting his criminal past on live radio.now he cannot apply again .lots of people heard it.

These apartments are something else now days. My son applied for his second apartment. He has a year of good rental history. And they're charging him a $1,500 deposit.

Many folks are denied due to certain circumstances and have to resort to a homeless shelter or a very low-end apartment complex in a high risked crime area. Dee Dee from 104.5 also put out - Lady Jade's information by telling the listeners that jade had some background issues in the past awhile back on air which was so disturbing to hear.

But as soon as I heard Rickey start it, and give the exact location, I knew it was going left and just couldn't laugh the whole time.
