5:00 You're supposed to tighten the small end screw a little bit. This will help expand the rubber inside the sanding disc/drum, which will help keep it from coming loose and flying off the rubber base while in use.

Yes can small hole. Tested on softwood like thin plywood no problem. For hardwood maybe a bit too hard.

Hi there. So far i use until today no problem. Cannot continuous use for more than 10 mins. What I normally do , 10mins, 1-2mins rest, then continue again.

Can the cutting blade accessory cut through aluminum?
I tested cutting on a 1mm and great.

Plastic n acrylic is ok

How long time can be working... ?
At the moment i use it for small item. Dont think is recommended for big item. I tried 10min b4. Then power off due to change item orientation, then power up and continue again.
Can it be use cordless?
Its DC 12V. Can mod external battery. But not sure how long.
