I sent several requests to your company for an Amazon purchase back on 4/4/24 for a 704 knife...when the package arrived it was open and the knife was missing...I ordered a replacement on 4/5/24 and am now charged as they said I didn't return the 4/4/24 purchase. I've contacted Amazon and your company's website multiple times with no response...please resolve this issue - to date customer service is unsatisfactory....
Very sorry to hear that since it was shipped through Amazon they should be able to make it right. Under the costumer service email you can click that the package never arrived before ordering a new one asking for a replacement implies there was something working and you wanted to return . I believe if you let them know it did not arrive they will send one for free . If that doesn’t work let me know .

I agree, as well. I may pick up a few AR's worth. I've got Magpul standard grips on most of my ARs and it's time to move up to B5 furniture. Oh, no MOE stocks, I use CTR or SL, but may want to add the overall B5 furniture on a couple, as said, as well. Glad you agree with the B5 Furniture, too. Have a good weekend!
