I want to know each and very manufacturing process and methodology of laying with mortar? Will the join provide sufficient strenght even it's hallow part is not fill by motor?
Hi Fintan. The Porotherm system only requires a 1mm mortar joint. The mortar is a mixture of cement and polymers so acts in a similar way to an adhesive rather than a traditional mortar.
Interessante guesti nuovi materiali e le esecuzione di montaggio
No mortar between blocks? Air infiltration will occur eventually even if you plaster it.

I've been working with british bricklayers for over 20 yrs. U can acuse them of a lot, but not of being slow.
Pile of shite
While this is fascinating there doesn’t seem to be a lot of mortar between levels. 🤓
I too thought the same and was wondering if the strength of the bond between bricks would be significantly less...just a thought 🤔
