This is honestly so calming. This music is never a disappointment. It suits any mood. Happy? Listen to Architects. Sad? Listen to Architects. Angry? Listen to Architects. Anxious? Listen to Architects. Have a headache? Listen to Architects.
Oh. Oh dear god, I see Tom in every word on this whole album, in every white space between the lines, I can hear his thoughts, his mind talking to us. It is so weird knowing that all these lyrics are words of a dying man who knew exactly what was going to happen to him. Rest in peace, my wonderful friend. I don't know where you are now, but I can tell you, on this earth, you are missed. So much.
The lyrics to the chorus of this tune resonate with me so much. "I've heard it all before, aren't you tired of all of the violence inside of you? Just let go". Definitely makes me look at my depression differently.
NO RISE WITHOUT FALL I suddenly recognize the definition of rise is like.. Wake up from the ground/low place 😅 btw im 19 yo still learn how things works, thanks greeting from japan 🤘
"come and wash us away thank fuck we don't last forever IT'S NOW OR NEVER!!! " I swear I felt this shit architects got a way to be deep one of the reasons I love them
"come washed us away because thank fuck we don't last forever" this...this is why architects is so good even after tom's passing they understand the meaning of "pain"
I'm not religous at all, but I am depressive and I have another mental Illnes. This song, this album it made me cry. It's so emotional and this song is like my life. Because I'm fighting real hard against suicidal thoughts. This song helps me a lot. Thank you and you will be missed Tom
I’ve been there with the thoughts of suicide mate it’s rough but you can get through the thoughts and through the depression and other mental illnesses you are strong and loved keep going my friend.
Fuckin' amazing song.. definitely my favorite from Architects. That build-up and immediate lead into, "I've heard it all before.." and then, "So come and wash us away.."
Wow.. this reminder to let go of the unnecessary pain/frustration definitely came to me at the perfect time. This whole song gave me goodebumps. Be the ARCHITECT of your own mind! 💜
What does this song mean to all of you philosophical thinkers? To me it kind of seems to be about keeping yourself rooted in reality. I could be way off. Any feedback would be great.
I'm not sure, but i think it's about losing your faith/religion. "I've met the devil and god, and couldn't tell them apart." Sounds like the start, the seed of doubt. When he questions how god can let so much evil happen, how is he better than the devil. "I thought i found the end, but it was only the start." May mean that he thought his doubts was over, that it would pass. But once he started doubting it just got worse. "just let me burn the bridge that leads to nowhere" The bridge is religion. "Aren't you tired of all the violence inside of you, just let go." The violence inside of him is conflicting thoughts. He doesn't want to question his faith, but he cant help it. He wants to just let go of it. "its gone and its never coming back" He's lost faith, and he cant get it back. "It's only a matter of time, before the wave breaks. So stand your ground, the earth will shake. So twist the knife, because i'm finally awake." Once doubt sets in, its just a matter of time before he finally realizes that his belief was false. And when he does "the ground will shake". His world will suddenly be turned upside down. Standing his ground means to just hold steady, stay sane, as he gets through this very difficult phase. Twisting the knife is acceptance i think, of his unbelief. It's painful but he finally sees the world more clearly. He is "awake". I'm not sure, but that's what i'm getting from the song. Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
+Polar Bearon Thank you very much for that well thought and smart response. Dude I don't know who you are but the way you broke this down really helped me to understand the loss of religion in my own life that has recently happened. It's crazy how somebody who you've never met can have an impact on you. Thanks a lot for your insight.
once you lose heaven and hell it feels like you're floating away, disassociating from home, the ability to live a happy, normal life. You begin to look around you. Constraints weren't real. like time. like your body. like words, everything fades so to me this song is about letting that all fall away and letting the gravity of reality, the beauty of what is, keep him sane, really..without love, attachment, without war it all feels kind of terrifying because that means we have to make peace with the monsters inside all of us. true peace comes from within.
this is beautifully made and also these are my favourite band, they speak so much truth about the human race, politics and war. they voice the problems that our "leaders" won't. love these guys and I love this video 👌👊
TSArtwork Your welcome! And amen to that, I completely agree, From the Wilderness is an incredible song. I really Enjoy Memento Mori's lyrics too as well as Gone with the Wind! :D
Dan Searle has absolutely fucking out done himself on this album. The stamina required for some of those snare parts and the overall complexity of this song shows how much he's improved as a musician. Hats off to you and the band dude.
Yeah I am a drummer myself and Dan is definitely one of my idols and favourite drummers out there. The whole band is musical geniouses. Glad you liked the video man!
Listen to their 2 albums "All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us" and "Lost Forever, Lost Together" and you are set ^^ Other bands would be While She Sleeps and Hills Have Eyes for example
You could check out the album "sempiternal" by Bring me the horizon. It's not the same, but kinda similar. Id recommend the songs: The house of wolves, Shadow moses and Can you feel my heart. Architects is far better tho, imo. Nothing recent comes close in my eyes.
Hey dude! Tesseract is definitely also my favourite band right after Architects. I swear their music gets me to another plane of existence. It's so euphoric. I've been thinking to do a lyric video for Exile a long time now, but I have to get into the right mood and get a full inspiration for it. I want the video to represent every aspect of beauty the song conveys. As for some similar bands to Architects, check out Parkway Drive, The Ghost Inside, Northlane and older BMTH. They are the closest ones that comes to mind right now.
Thanks a lot man! I still don't have a clear pricing on my videos. It all depends on how much work it takes and such. We can discuss more via private messages.
Most of their catalog does. I feel for Sam because he said he has to take breaks because screaming these albums every night starts to wear on the mind. Now he's living it with no outlet. At the same time I cant wait to hear what comes out from this from all this on the next album.
Strenght, brotherhood and the overwhelming support from the fans. After all it's something Tom would've wanted aswell. These guys are fighters who won't let anything stand on their way. They understand the fact that sometimes life throws dirt at you and tries to keep you down, but if you don't fight against it and strive, what is there to live for? They are unstoppable.
This songs amazes me, it looks like he was shouting on despair about life on Earth before he died. Another great feature was the eclipse symbolism meaning of the truth of life or trinity composed by Michael Smith from the present of truth contest symbol. Immortality Infinity Self
This is a fucking sick lyric video, dude, nicely done! I especially love how you follow the kick drum with the effects in all the right places. It really adds a LOT. Honestly, mesmerizing to watch. Is this After Effects?
Thanks a lot mate! I'm actually a drummer myself so it's easy enough for me to catch the beat. I make my videos with Sony Vegas, still have to practice Adobe After Effects. Glad you liked it my friend!
Haha most certainly do. I actually planned to do it and I have a started project for it already, but I never finished it yet. Decided to do different songs. Maybe I'll get back on it someday!
Yeah I hear you. I've been listening to different metalcore for over 8 years. While there are still great bands like Architects who keeps the genre fresh, the genre itself still has gotten pretty stale. So I've been extending to different subgenres of metal and rock, and I listen to all kinds of music altogether. For example every time I listen to Tesseract, it feels like it takes me to different emotional, euphorical dimension lol. So yeah, I don't really stick to one genre. If the song makes me feel good, then it's my kind of song.
Hey man, your lyric videos are amazing!! Would you be open to making a lyric video to an original song I made? I can send it to you so you can tell me if you're into it :) Would be a great honor!

He's in a better place than earth we'll all see him again one day
That's fan made? Holy shit, that's an insanely high quality lyrics video.
The lyrics to the chorus of this tune resonate with me so much. "I've heard it all before, aren't you tired of all of the violence inside of you? Just let go". Definitely makes me look at my depression differently.
This song gets me teary eyes every time🥺
That lyric "I met the devil & god and couldnt tell them apart" hit my soul.
I want that as a tattoo
NO RISE WITHOUT FALL
I suddenly recognize the definition of rise is like.. Wake up from the ground/low place 😅 btw im 19 yo still learn how things works, thanks

“ Well what are you waiting for ? “ I love that line
"come and wash us away thank fuck we don't last forever IT'S NOW OR NEVER!!! " I swear I felt this shit architects got a way to be deep one of the reasons I love them

Anniething love you...❤️
Stay strong, mate.
keep your head up.....struggle turns to strength......things will get better
Let the pain flow thru and out of you 💜

Gone but never forgotten
It's been a while since I've jammed some Architects, I've been needing this for a long time
I can't even describe what this song makes me feel like. This is magic!
Epic! Thanks TSArtwork
.
Album of the year for me. This song is my favorite off the album.
Same for me mate! Best album of the year by far. Architects has been my number one favourite band ever since Hollow Crown already! :)

Listened to this on soooo many times, it had easily become my favourite architects song! Gives me shivers every time! 10/10👌🏼😍

So much talent! Well made video dude! My favourite song on the Album!
Thanks a lot my friend! Yeah along with "From The Wilderness", Gravity is definitely one of the top songs from the album for me aswell!
TSArtwork Your welcome! And amen to that, I completely agree, From the Wilderness is an incredible song. I really Enjoy Memento Mori's lyrics too as well as Gone with the Wind! :D
Yeah, the whole album itself is nothing short of a masterpiece :)
Gone with the wind is pretty nice too
Architects knows how to be heavy and have feels at the same time
Dan Searle has absolutely fucking out done himself on this album.
They truly are genius on a whole other creative level. Great video man

Wow, looks like an official lyric video! Great work! Nice that you adapted the graphics from the videos of the last album, too.
Thanks a lot my friend! Yeah, the clips are from the Broken Cross video. I think the visuals fits well for this song too.

Aren't you tired of all of the violence inside of you?
Just let go
"Aren't you tired of all of the violence inside of you?" is my favorite lyric on the album(this is my fav song too)
Jimmy Lynch My favorite lyrics from the album is all of them 😊
Jimmy Lynch Mine is "You ever wonder how deep you can sink into nothing at all" from Gone with the Wind. But I totally love "Gravity" too.
InfiniteR4iN agreed bro
If I could silence all the doubt in me ;)
Omg this is so good :O first album i hear from this band im now adicted. Can someone tell me more bands like this i only know Tesseract
Listen to their 2 albums "All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us" and "Lost Forever, Lost Together" and you are set ^^
Other bands would be While She Sleeps and Hills Have Eyes for example

Great video, mate !
Thank you my friend!
Amazing!

This band helps me with my anxiety and ocd
your work still rules, how much would you charge for a video for my band song is like 3:12 long
Thanks a lot man! I still don't have a clear pricing on my videos. It all depends on how much work it takes and such. We can discuss more via private messages.

You got a new subscriber dude. I love this song
awesome video bro ,keep going
1:13 the background was from broken cross
I would love to see a quick tutorial vid on how you did this. Or maybe the file and program you used, so someone could deconstruct it.
Well done
Seems particularly relevant for right now in our world.
Most of their catalog does. I feel for Sam because he said he has to take breaks because screaming these albums every night starts to wear on the mind. Now he's living it with no outlet. At the same time I cant wait to hear what comes out from this from all this on the next album.
Holy shit such a nice work, if any day in my band we do a lyric video we will contact you! Awesome
Coming to grips with mortality whenever I hear any song on this album. How do these guys carry on after what happened?
Strenght, brotherhood and the overwhelming support from the fans. After all it's something Tom would've wanted aswell. These guys are fighters who won't let anything stand on their way. They understand the fact that sometimes life throws dirt at you and tries to keep you down, but if you don't fight against it and strive, what is there to live for? They are unstoppable.
life's isn't fair, with Tom it just proved it once again. We need to enjoy it more, always being mindful.... death is an open door
memento mori, be mindful of death
This songs amazes me, it looks like he was shouting on despair about life on Earth before he died. Another great feature was the eclipse symbolism meaning of the truth of life or trinity composed by Michael Smith from the present of truth contest symbol.
Immortality
Infinity
Self
This is so nice
Thank you!
No prob dude! You use AE?
I use Sony Vegas Pro 12 for my lyric videos. :)
Wow man. That's impressive! Keep it up!! :D
Thanks man, I will! I'm actually editing a new video as we speak ;)
This song just hits on so many fucking levels
good video you made
How does this channel not have more subs xD
Seems like it's constantly growing! I just hit 1000 subs and it's more than I ever imagined haha
+TSArtwork you honestly deserve way more dude xD your videos are amazing
Thanks a lot man! Appreciate it a lot
lol this song is so good for pamaj's catalyst 3
This is a fucking sick lyric video, dude, nicely done! I especially love how you follow the kick drum with the effects in all the right places. It really adds a LOT. Honestly, mesmerizing to watch.
Is this After Effects?
Thanks a lot mate! I'm actually a drummer myself so it's easy enough for me to catch the beat. I make my videos with Sony Vegas, still have to practice Adobe After Effects. Glad you liked it my friend!

So Terminator will be Model 101 and probably T-900? Cool :)
The architects were great
awesome man!! Could you make a video for nerve endings? I think you know name of band
Haha most certainly do. I actually planned to do it and I have a started project for it already, but I never finished it yet. Decided to do different songs. Maybe I'll get back on it someday!
+TSArtwork I'll be pleased. Which are your favourite bands
At the moment I think the top list would consist of Architects, Burning Down Alaska, Tesseract, Novelists, and maybe Slaves. :)
+TSArtwork Nice but I prefer more hardly metalcore. Architects are perfect and then maybe bring me the horizon first three albums.
The things that gets to me are the melodics, song meanings and the feelings they give to the listener. I also love the instrumental nuances, because I'm a musician myself. If the song makes me feel good, then it's my kind of song.
SO COME AND WASH US AWAY JUST THANK FUCK WE DONT LAST FORREVERR 🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
It's too good for me to not sub. Can I expect more lyric vids soon?
Thank you! Yes you can!
its "facing the great divide" not "i've seen the great divide" but great vid anyways
Hey man, your lyric videos are amazing!! Would you be open to making a lyric video to an original song I made? I can send it to you so you can tell me if you're into it :) Would be a great honor!
It reminds me of Sempiternal a bit. (Don't kill me for saying this, it's my opinion ;))
Yeah it does. All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us and Sempiternal are both great albums.
I got that Memento Mori video done, it's on my channel if you wanna check it out!
shit's fucking tight
May I ask what font did you use? :)
The font is Bodoni XT. If not the same, it's at least pretty close to the same font the band's been using on their newest releases. Oh and it's also pretty close to that Deafheaven's Sunbather font aswell!
The closest I could find is Ingeborg or maybe Worldwide Headline (note the difference between the uppercase R's last stroke). Deftones' Gore font looks strikingly similar. Great job on the video though :)
+Silgrond Thanks man!
Found this on a playlist called "Slamming Br00tal DjentCore 2017"
I'm here daily anyone else?
Yup! ✋
R.I.P Tom miss you in the band just not the same.
Architects - All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us - is better i got in 2016! (sorry for my english)
