TMNT: Splintered Fate was originally released on apple arcade... I was hoping it'd escape and get released on a console, any console, I'm excited it's coming to switch!
@IcyPolarBear369 I did see that and I'm just happy it'll be available elsewhere for people to play and try out, I have little interest in apple arcade personally, it's a cool service in it's own right, but not for me.
@@Ihatevideogames334 honestly fair enough, I’ve never really been a fan of the ninja turtles really or most indie games. I do absolutely agree with hating Konami.
A bunch of games I won't seek out. But feel like we need more Turtle style faster paced things mixed into the bunch. Even the semi action games looked like slow pace games for new gamers.
I need to jump back into SteamWorld Heist one day. I was playing it for a bit but I had other titles on me. Definitely will jump back as I enjoyed the first SteamWorld game.
Well, Nintendo is really grasping at straws here. The combo of Atari and Way Forward sounds very interesting. Some interesting stuff to discuss on Game & Talk. I think it's tonight anyway.
it is but they usually dont get ports this fast. Im guessing it hasn’t done well on Apple Arcade despite being Hades with a TMNT skin so it should hopefully do very well on Switch
The demo for Anton Blast was actually pretty fun, especially with HD rumble. I don't know if I'll get the game but I might when it's on sale for $10 or less.
Europa looks ways better than yars bro. Yars looks like a kiddy slow metroid dread. Tmnt looks fun too. Ill defo give that a go. The shadow hopping gane looks interesting too.
I'd rather have local coop so I can play with my wife. We are in our 40s we don't have "online friends" to ay games with. Local is best. Tooany games have online coop but not local. Oh and cat quest 2 had a dog player character I think.
Maybe it's just me, but it seems like 80% games come in two flavors anymore, and I don't like either of them. It's either some cutesy-zen-relaxing game, or a story based "let me talk about feelings" thing. I play games for gameplay, and both of those types of games put gameplay as the last place priority, and I hate them for it.
Be honest, lets say u have an italian restaurant, there has been rumors of the new pizza and everyone say they only expect that, if u had a new lasagna, wouldnt u wait for the new pizza to be ready before announcing the new lasagna? Just saying
I feel like some game developers focus so much on being “artsy” that they forget to make fun games. Fun should come first. This showcase is a great example of that. I usually see a handful of games in these that look interesting to me, but nothing really grabbed my attention this go around.
I agree. And not made it a timed console exclusive. The devs should realize they’re not on par with triple AAA corpos and their game about stickers isn’t enough to gain a massive audience. Guess some devs are blinded by fame coping.
2 games coming out on August 8th which is my birthday felt like a sign that Indie World was out to mob me. I'm more interested in Stitch cuz the numbers in it give me Picross vibes, plus it comes out TODAY which makes me excited.
We have to talk about this new YT redesign, the comments section is so tiny. Yo RGT, does this new design cause more or less interaction with your videos?
How do they make a TMNT rouge lite game with an isometric view ONLY 1 PLAYER OFFLINE? That is an epic fail; even if has online play and is based on an APPLE store game.
The Top games that I’m interested from Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase: YARS RISING ANTON BLAST BZZZZT VALLEY PEAKS Europa TMNT Splintered Fate Another Crab’s Treasure Steam World Heist II
Good Video RGT 85. Yh the Nintendo Indie World Showcase was only ok, I would say a Score of a C- Overall. There is 4 or 5 decent Game, especially the TMNT Game and SteamWorld Heist 2.

What's with the hate?
This guy is such an idiot
I'll only resub if Joe from Game Sack asks me to.
We need to talk about who gave this fool a mic?
I like seeing Indie games. I think Indie games are the wave of the future.
The best part of an Indie World is imagining how much RGT will hate the games.
He always does. Then again, he will be an Indie Gamer UA-camr.
TMNT: Splintered Fate was originally released on apple arcade... I was hoping it'd escape and get released on a console, any console, I'm excited it's coming to switch!
It's a Timed Exclusive so it'll come to PlayStation and Xbox at a later date
@MonsterfromHell2543 that's cool, I respect you opinion to hate things. Thanks for sharing!
@IcyPolarBear369 I did see that and I'm just happy it'll be available elsewhere for people to play and try out, I have little interest in apple arcade personally, it's a cool service in it's own right, but not for me.
@@IcyPolarBear369I’m glad it’s on Switch first the PlayStation and Xbox scum can wait 😂😂
Missed opportunity to say this presentation was the “cat’s meow”
Lol so true
"Cat's rule, Dogs drool".
Cat Quest 3 is all I care about here.
Wait cat quest 3 fr?????
The video was over for me when he said he didn’t like cats.
Cats and Dogs are both cool.
He later said he was more of a dog person.
I’m honestly unbelievably glad Japan released this showcase early as in a video form so I could quickly scroll through
@@Ihatevideogames334 honestly fair enough, I’ve never really been a fan of the ninja turtles really or most indie games. I do absolutely agree with hating Konami.
Little Kitty, Big City feels like the game people wanted Stray to be.
A bunch of games I won't seek out. But feel like we need more Turtle style faster paced things mixed into the bunch. Even the semi action games looked like slow pace games for new gamers.
A couple decent looking ones in there. Turtles, that Wario land looking game, that BZZZT game in the sizzle reel. That's about it though.
Cozy artsy fartsy games are this generation’s trend of 1990’s/2000’s edgy games 😂
I mean, every title can sound dirty with the right perspective.
Lies of Pee is my favorite urine-based soulslike
@@Ihatevideogames334Love you too! 😘
Yeah… but… sticky business?? Sus
Metal gear solid anyone😂
Elden ring?
I admit I want the silly cats games. They look like casual game play, when I want simple.
@@Ihatevideogames334 We need fewer haters now a days. If these games aren't what you like, why spoil other people's fun?
There was an Indieworld?
The Ninja Turtles game was the only one that interested me
I'm getting Turtles! 🐢...
More shovelware? Just what the switch needed.
I watched this Direct with my dog, so it wasn't a waste of time because every moment with my dog is special.
Thank you for the info nintendo youtuber!
Cia is on the way
I love a Nintendo video in the morning, from the greatest Nintendo UA-camr in history😎
This is my vote to have a video dedicated to telling the pussycat song story.
SteamWorld Heist 2 looks good. I enjoyed the first one, and well, every single other SteamWorld game. I doubt this will be the exception.
I need to jump back into SteamWorld Heist one day. I was playing it for a bit but I had other titles on me. Definitely will jump back as I enjoyed the first SteamWorld game.
the direct blew chunks
That TMNT game was that mobile game spawn wave was playing awhile back I think
Seriously though, how fire does that Ninja Turtles game look? I'm super excited for it.
Did you just say sticky business could be game of the year? Are you high?
7 years into consistently watching RGT and I'm about to get banned on the comments
Indie world was a F in my book
Great that the Nintendo UA-camr is ready to breakdown the Indie direct
@@Ihatevideogames334 You love attention. Go to mommy and ask for it
RGT85 : I Did Not Know About The Indie World 2024
It's the era of 2D games and broken AAA games.
Well, Nintendo is really grasping at straws here. The combo of Atari and Way Forward sounds very interesting. Some interesting stuff to discuss on Game & Talk. I think it's tonight anyway.
Sticky business... Little kitty big city, Aton blast... Valley peaks...
So glad he talked about this Nintendo Direct even if he isn't TRULY a Nintendo UA-camr (we all know the truth).
The Switch couldn’t get Stray, so Nintendo had to get other cat games

While there were some good looking games, what can you say about an Indie World when the best part of it is a guy in a penguin suit?
Not cool RGT69 I’m a cat person cats like me, dogs hate me!
Europa looks ways better than yars bro. Yars looks like a kiddy slow metroid dread. Tmnt looks fun too. Ill defo give that a go. The shadow hopping gane looks interesting too.
Switch is ending with Wii U vibes.
RGT, who are you trying to fool by putting Super Mario Galaxy 2 in the thumbnail for an *indie world* video?
This presentation alone will keep me happy through the rest of the year. Thank you Nintendo 😉.
1:14 what is it Metroid dred bootleg ?
That's what I was thinking...not another Metroidvania!
Like most indie directs, there wasn't a single game that appeals to me.
Dude The Plucky Squire better run like a Mario/Zelda title with all this waiting.
Agreed , i commented about a month ago saying that game is taking way to long . And still not a word since the original announcement.
I'd rather have local coop so I can play with my wife. We are in our 40s we don't have "online friends" to ay games with. Local is best. Tooany games have online coop but not local. Oh and cat quest 2 had a dog player character I think.

Day four and counting of the best Nintendo news out there. Brought to you by the #1 Nintendo UA-camr RGT85!

How do we hear about the Tom Jones story?
Stitch is really relaxing game i do recommend for sure
That TMNT game looks like its gonna get so many dlc and microtransactions. It SCREAMS live service game to me.
It's on apple arcade. Which games don't have any of that. I've played a bit of it and I like it
Nah its TMNT meets Hades, no need for MTX in those types of games
Antonblast and Europa look good.
This is easily shaping up to be the worst year for the Switch, and that Indie direct did not help the situation at all.
Love my favorite Nintendo UA-camr covering Nintendo on UA-cam
TMNT is actually an Apple Arcade game ported to switch and it’s pretty fun looking forward to the switch version
Ninja Turtles game looks like a ported mobile game.
More over saturation of metroidvanias
Pandering to women gamers is getting real. Cozy, cat everywhere

Dude. TMNT looked good. Definitely gonna check that out.
That first game just makes me want to play stray again lol.
Sticker game with day 1 dlc??? Pass. They should've just kept the dlc as part of the game if its ready before launch.
I agree. And not made it a timed console exclusive. The devs should realize they’re not on par with triple AAA corpos and their game about stickers isn’t enough to gain a massive audience. Guess some devs are blinded by fame coping.
The game was on Steam since July of last year, so the DLC is new to the game.
@GeovaneSanciniSR Ahh I see. The announcement made it seem like it was a new game that just launched.
I could be wrong, but I suspect RGT doesn't like cats.
Isn’t that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game a mobile game or wasn’t it a mobile game first?
It’s 100 on the Apple Store

What even is Hollow Night?
The first cat game is goose game. The guy with the hammer is Wario. Europa is Castle in the sky and Steam boy.
You startin off with a cat game 😹😹
I'm real excited about Cat Quest III.
That Silksong Trailer was awesome!
Theres a few indies I was interested in. TMNT, Yars Rising, Europa, and Steam world.
Where is silksong
Steamworld Heist 1 was so damn good. It's amazing to see that they finally make a sequel. Such fun game mechanics.
there was a dog u could play with in cat quest 2
Who else was expecting the rogue Prince of Persia ?
Noticing my post not showing up. You removing them RGT85?
Remember my man RGT85 is not a Nintendo UA-camr. It’s a dog UA-camr.
Little kitty big city is just a cat version of untitled goose game
Small Cat and a Big City- Oilver in Company

YT is forever changing stuff when they don't need to all the time.
Cat Quest 3 and Steamworld Heist 2 is all I need. All the other games were not worth a direct
