新加坡一定要去品尝的是1 天天来福建炒虾面 2 大笆窑4巷的范南记的鼓油鸡饭 3 katong laksa 4 whompoa 巴刹的Rozak等
马来西亚最正宗的是猫山王榴莲 巴生肉骨Johore的蠔煎 吉隆坡的虾面 谈到Laksa 大马的还差一大截 Asam laksa 更不成气候!

螄蚶 泥蛤(Tegillarca granosa) 海南人就稱它為血蚶,廣府人稱它為「螄蚶」,潮汕地區的人們則習慣單稱為蚶 !
當年在香港吃螄蚶用滾水煮有少少開壳,拿起來加調味料加些酒蔥花,非常好吃,過年一定會吃的!
Bak Kut Teh, hainese chicken rice, Asam Laksa, cendol, rojak & etc actually all is originated from Malaysia, but Malaysia didnt promoted those foods, but Singapore yes, thats y it become these foods become their foods.
Like you say since it's originated from Malaysia, why do you need to promote it? It's already been with Malaysian since the beginning.. only copycat need to put effort to make it their own.. oh well, Malaysia has always been generous.. lol.. Singapore is always kiasu
bak kut teh & hainan chicken, are actually originated from Canton province if you really care of originality from history!
Ask your government to get their act together, then you can begin to talk promoting Malaysia.

This place opens back in either 2003 or 2005. I used to work at Vicwood plaza which isn’t far walking distance to this eatery. Laksa was really good. It was my all time favorite. Especially so with the cockles.

那是不一样的味道。还有johor laksa, sarawak laksa, 每个地方有他的味道,都不一样。蔡先生说的是新加坡laksa。这里的laksa是peranakan style

叻沙要有椰浆同咪咖喱辣椒料的香味当你吃到个米粉都带咖喱香味个碗叻沙就是最好吃他的叻沙荡是最美

看了很想吃laksa 。
這個叻沙在大馬北部叫做咖哩麵,另外一個是亞參叻沙,酸辣湯的,曾經入選世界十大美食。
北马还有鱼味浓郁的吉打laksa。咖哩面我是先问有无血蚶才下单的。汤头和新鲜配料搭配得宜, 才能成就美味的咖哩面。近年来流行恶俗的巨型咖哩面, 实在无语。

這個小店叫「加東」Katong,食物出品應該都是仿效SG的Katong Style.
还有其他几种叻沙:槟城叻沙、古晋叻沙、咖喱叻沙等。 并非所有都必须有蛤。 这种有蛤蜊的是新加坡叻沙。

螄蚶在香港一點也不難找 專買泰國 上海 福州土產什貨店都長期可買得到 甚至很多街市專買貝類的攤檔 都有售
This shop uses pre-packages sauce-based, like instant noodles pack. It used to be my fav until I saw in their open kitchen with MSG-based pre-package soup-based. The soup is not cooked from scratch. It doesn't matter what ingredient it is put in, clams or not. Don't be fooled. I was disappointed
我試過食Laksa個湯好淡唔好食,唔知呢間點樣好唔好食,有機會要去試下。
马来 西亚有的面档用炸肉代替猪油渣。
Laksa最好不要有一层厚厚的咖哩油在汤面。
買泰國食材我搵唔到九龍城潮發,會唔會係城南道潮豐發呢🤔
马来西亚,肉骨茶有两种汤底,吉隆坡和新山的汤水都不一样,吉隆坡的比较浓,新山的比较清淡。

我是香港人, 常去馬來西亞旅遊。去過呢間小店幾次,味道不俗。但感覺路線或定位有啲怪。它們的laksa 係星加坡式嘅,在馬來西亞應該叫curry mee 吧。而它們的bak kuh teh 則是葯材味較重嘅馬來西亞風味;而不是重胡椒的星加坡風味。重胡椒味嘅在馬拉好似都叫胡椒湯。

Choi San, origin is Sg so for him is a Sg food which is normal. Us as Mys feel is from Mys which is true also. Maybe one day a forigner visit HK taste the restaurant they might think it is HK food. His so called "original" laksa in the north, is Curry noodle.
So u are trying to say S'pore Laksa is created by Malaysians? How do u prove laksa originated in Malaysia? I am sure when laksa was created, Malaysia wasn't even formed yet.

我外公係馬來西亞華僑,据朋友講Laksa每家每戶都會做,每個人做法都有唔同,有d濃郁、有d味濃口感清爽,其實就無話點樣為正宗,我覺得都好好食
