Mam is but what if the depth of slab is about 500mm and i got the extraa as 35cm for the main bent up bar...is it okay as you said generally its 16cm and mine is like almost 2 times of 16cm

Di you've done this from culvert qn, right?In 5:03 did you assume 4 cm as clear cover?? Pleasee tell tell
9:15 ma pani assume gareko ho tyo 2cm(clear cover)??

yes thats the question of slab culvert. 4cm is the clear cover on the left and right side of slab and 2cm on top and bottom side of slab.We need to assume those values.
