I'm not suggesting anything, I'm just saying that if someone was recording a walk like this here in the US, late at nite, the police would be there in a second.
Great rain videos...but they all look the same.. every vid seems to be going down same streets.....different times of day ,but the same. That whole city looks similar, .. There must be better scenery than that.
