As an American, I hope that someday we can repair relations with this region and stop representing the people of these countries as villains. I would love to be able to visit someday, and given our current interactions as a country things are definitely not making that seem feasible for the foreseeable future. It makes me incredibly sad that such loving, proud, and welcoming people are portrayed as demons by western culture.
I hear you man. Unfortunately savagery's is a part of humanity but the good news is it's slowly dying out. Wow. Great clip. The dude with the wild hair and the glasses is FAR out there. Mark's guides are really cool. The more you watch Mark's clips, the more you see how much interaction there is in eating street food, plus, the technical skill of eating here was at the far end of difficult. You know? Sitting cross legged, wrapping the food 'items' together, and STILL getting the best bites from the creation. It's on anyone to duplicate what Mark does, but there is a LOT going on in his clips. The undisputed KING of street food and travel.

Americans know that the country of Iran and its individual citizens are normal, hardworking people just trying to get by in life like everyone else. It's the religious, oppressive and hateful government that the United States has geopolitical problems with. Up until the fall of the Shah (Iranian Revolution) in 1978-1979 the United States was allied with Iran and was helping them build new, modern infrastructure.

I can see everything is same, Food is same, Dressing, Culture, Language i.e everything is Same ♥
We are brothers 🙂
parthas, lentils, biriyanis ...as if visiting some part of India
@@umeshambadi2519 yes our food is pretty much same, the only major difference is veg and non veg other that that it's same
@@umeshambadi2519 the fact is the originally Biryani, Haleem, Nihari, Parathas, Kabobs, Lentils, naan, Tandor, etc and all other stuff India borrowed from the same ppl (Persian, Turks, Arabs) Indians were into i.e Vegetable, bread, and chaahch, Lassi - very simple food as soon Mughals entered they brought all those "Mughlai recipes" along with their Turkish and Persian Chefs to that part of the world
Good morning Mark its midnight here in Australia but I knew you’d upload so I stayed up to watch. Have a wonderful day!
You are so sweet heart, i Always read your comments 💖🌹
Thank you so much Angie, hope you're doing well, stay safe!
som so thank you so much ☺️
As an American, I hope that someday we can repair relations with this region and stop representing the people of these countries as villains. I would love to be able to visit someday, and given our current interactions as a country things are definitely not making that seem feasible for the foreseeable future. It makes me incredibly sad that such loving, proud, and welcoming people are portrayed as demons by western culture.
Same here bro.all the people here wishes the same but u know.government assholes
Love from iran
@@iliatahmasbi4054 I'm from india, death and taxes, govt. are the same everywhere, it's a trick.
I hear you man. Unfortunately savagery's is a part of humanity but the good news is it's slowly dying out. Just think of what Europeans did to the native peoples of the new world or more recently with the Nazi war crimes -where millions were murdered in cold blood but the world did not stand for this and the common decency of humanity prevailed (sorry I didn't mean to get so serious on a Mark Wiens video)
I'm from India and I've nicknamed my own country as 'Rogue Nation' as it is full of hooligans who only show signs of aggression and hostility towards foreigners, especially the Central Government.
Hello all from China. Mark Wiens you are making me hungry and happy at the same time. The food and people look wonderful.

If you haven't seen Iran then shut your mouth.
if you have, I highly recommend you to visit doctor for checking your eyes.
Such a miracle eating this huge amount of food and always keep in shape
Fast metabolism is real.
Wow.
I had chips with ketchup, mayo and feta cheese for dinner and still felt amazing watching this video , thanks Mark.
Love you naighbers from Pakistan you guys are amazing 🇵🇰🇮🇷

We love all our neighboring countries ... but the official religion of Pakistan is Islam, so we consider them our Muslim brothers ... just as the Christians of Iran are the religious brothers of the Christians of Pakistan ...
I am iranian and I am really happy that you visit from our beautiful old country, you're actually humble and incredible person.
and I thank you from Mr.Taster.
God bless you and your family.

فدای لحجه بلوچی هم وطنام بشم. خیلی دوستون دارم. تو ویدیو گفتین که شما مهمان من. فدای صاف و سادگیتون😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘
Love how these videos give you a taste of different cultures around the world through food. I will probably never go to Iran so this is a wonderful look into this part of the world.
You can get there. I believe in you! I am already working toward travel goals :)
Never say never
Yo Iran is amazing. It’s like a different world each city and province. America should learn
thats it! thats the concept/idea of iran. its the first, real and genuine usa. it was, is and will be full of different religions, languages, cultures, people etc and one thing that is extremelly important, everyone feels iranian cause its shared history etc. its more or less the only genuine natural state in the middle east.
I think of all the people you traveled with Mark, Mr. Tasty and you have the best chemistry! He is so warm and silly too, ha ha.
Agreed
Iran is a beautiful country with very hospitable people. Pakistanis and Iranian are bound together for years.
Mr taster is priceless
The camera loves him and I think he loves the camera lol
He has a great series with Trevor James as well. I think he and I would make a good collaboration :)
it is my first time I see mark refill a food. I have seen so many wonderful food in the chanel. But probably first time I see him refill a portion.
The guy digging into that Biriyani with his left hand (the hand they wipe their backsides with) like erm, yum, yummy @6mins in had me in tears.
such lovely people, fascinating landscapes, delicious food and truly amazing light. Its almost the winter solstice here in the northern hemisphere when I write this so I am very envious of the brightness of their days.
