I used these in my home based "microbakery" for over 5 years and a few years later still use them today. Keep the battery compartment clean as it's not completely water/flour proof! Mine didn't have the mains adapter though, but batteries last a good few months. (and when they get low, turn the backlight off for another few days to give you a chance to get new ones!) I never used the % function, but being able to go up to 8Kg was really handy.

Will you be teaching how to use the percentage button? Some of my ingredients is based on a percentage base . (Example use 25 % per pound). Please advise.

If this helps most are based on flour weight, but some recipes based on dough weights, 1 use the easy option flour weight, which is all I know 😉 but it's a video I will have a think about how to get it across well, just writing ✍️ now I have a ldea, I will have a look at this 😀 I am very interested to see, personally my recipes are in plan English 🤣 laters 😀

I have a different model, known as the My Weigh model Vox/2, that which is a talking kitchen scale, that which is usually for home kitchens. However, I am going to use it at my job at a pizza restaurant, to measure out cheese to place onto pizzas. When I had the scale purchassed and got it home, My Weigh asked for my feedback on the product, that which I gave them. However, I also told them, that they also should develop a Baker's scale for commercial/professional use, which talks, as that there are blind people like me, that who work in commercial/professional kitchens, such as bakeries.

Looks good! Does anyone actually cook by percentages?

Some baker recipes are all % ,me I don't follow them 😋 as I prefer oz or grams, I have about 20 different recipes in %, and I have already made them into grams 😀
