I use vic 7a and my friend Dennis chambers sticks , have to say for the drummer that got to buy there sticks goodwood 7a made by vater great stick feel great and price is great 29.99 for 12 pair

Always been a promark guy for years but lately I've been trying Vic Firths and Vater and I'll tell you I fell in love with the Vater los Angeles 5a and the 7a nylon Manhattans! They have a great balance and actually feel like Vics 5a sticks but a tad lighter but much stronger and they play well for a rock stick. The Los Angeles 5a are tough sticks with great balance and have power at the tip, absolutely great sticks. I still use the Neil Peart 747s and the Jason Bonham Maples but these Vaters are right up there with them and cheaper which is awesome
