- My favorite Rock couple that sadly lasted only one year... It's no question Erin is Axl's one and only true love, and there is no doubt this song is about her as many of Axl's songs were. sorry some pictures got cut off lol.

These two seemed to have a REAL soulmate connection & young love can sometimes be the strongest. The feelings never leave but sometimes timing & maturity levels can be out of sync so the relationship may not last beyond THAT one moment in time until/unless those individuals grow.
Peeps living in their world live too much in a short time frame. There's just so much happening that a young couple will never stay the distance.

@@AdrianaFreitss Hmmm ... I feel badly for Erin. She went through a lot more with Axl than Stephanie did. She started dating him before he had money, he even lived with her at first, she stuck it out for over four years until she just couldn't take it anymore. He was going through a lot of emotional and mental issues at the time and getting help from the wrong people. It broke her heart to leave him but she had to. Then he started going to counselling and realized he had anger towards women. So, of course, he treated Stephanie better. And it sounds like Stephanie left after the first big fight. She sued him for a million dollars and they were never even married. They were only together for ... a year and a half. But, he did feel a strong connection with her. I think Erin was only his second serious girlfriend but I could be wrong, and he was her first love and husband, etc. Anyway, I don't think she's a bad person. I think she went through a lot with him, and she didn't even want to leave him but she knew she had to do something. So, a lot of people feel like she treated him a lot better than Stephanie and I kind of have to agree. Yeah, if it was her who posted those things, well, I think she was just getting sentimental after Slash and Meegan got back together cause her and Meegan were good friends. Meegan was her roommate when they were both dating Axl and Slash. So, I think she couldn't help but start thinking about him again. It was hard for her. I mean, they were going to have a baby and she had a miscarriage. Everyone thinks Stephanie is so great because Axl was so brokenhearted when she left him, but who wouldn't fall hard for a Victoria's Secret model with an outgoing personality, and I do think they had a strong connection, and he was very attracted to her. But I don't think she cared about him as much as Erin did. I hate to say that. Anyway, yes, Erin did eventually sue him too but only after Stephanie, who wasn't even married to him and only with him for a year and a half, sued him and got a million dollars. She was called in to testify for Stephanies's lawsuit, but she didn't even get anything in the divorce, so not many people blame her for that. If anyone should have gotten something it should have been Erin.

You plucked that out of thin air. There's never been anything to suggest that anywhere. Those were not the circumstances of what took place. And if that was the case Erin wouldn't have gone into hiding. She was a successful model in Her own right, born to Famous Parents. The story of what happened had nothing to do with & no mention of jealousy over Fame.

He was distraught when She finally wouldn't take Him back & left without a trace, went into hiding nowhere to be found. Prior to Her disappearing for years, He sent Her flowers every Day begging Her to get back with Him. They loved each other & were good for each other but in other ways were bad for each other. Part of Me thinks & another part of Me hopes They'll get back together. She's best Friends with Slash's annoying Girlfriend Meghan. Erin & Meghan are instrumental in getting Axl & Slash talking again too. Erin's been through so much with Axl & since They split and so has He. This song is about Erin as well as Sweet Child & November Rain. Estranged is about Erin too. The videos for Don't Cry & the last two I mentioned were about Her too. Sure Patience was too. So Erin is still His muse in a way even now.
