Even though there's no commentary, it's amazing how little movements you make in the game say it all. Most notably, at the 8 hour 25 min mark, you carry the dog to a new area and it disappears and the pause while you turn back around just screams the sadness I felt at that part too. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess in the thirteenth main installment of “The Legend of Zelda series”, released for both the Nintendo GameCube and Wii. On November 12, 2015, a remaster of the game for Wii U called Twilight Princess HD was announced, and was later released in March 2016. On December 5, 2017, Twilight Princess 👑 was released on the NVIDIA Shield 🛡 TV 📺 exclusively in China 🇨🇳. In late 2009, Nintendo Power ranked it “fourth” in their list of best “The Legend of Zelda” games, citing its presentation and its return to “Ocarina of Time’s” roots.
Your dedication of doing this for more then a day, is crazy, and you did it just for us, name one youtuber that takes time out of there day just for entertainment, this is something I could never do, and this is perfect! Twilight princess is my favorite Zelda game, no, favorite NINTENDO game ever!

Colin is kind of underrated. Like if I was trying to save the world and a kid told me that, I would do it all for that kid. Idk. Warms my heart is all.
This game just has a certain feel to it that no other Zelda game, or any other game has. It’s a darker Zelda, and I absolutely love that. The soundtrack has a certain emotional feel to it also. It has comforting moments and also dark moments, and it just feels the most epic out of all of the Zelda games imo. So great

love the moments where you just pause for a second to take in a scenic view ☺️ it's such a beautiful game and it really adds to the atmosphere and the nostalgia
(58:13) Link has the Triforce of Courage since the very beginning of this story. (2:00:24) Link is finally in his ancestor’s Green Tunic. (11:16:47) Link has got the Master Sword. The Legendary Blade that always seals away the Darkness. Once wielded by the Ancient Hero himself. (24:57:57) Ganon is the true Mastermind behind these events. The very same Ganon who has long been a serious threat to Hyrule. He survived the execution by using the Triforce of Power and put Zant in charge of doing his bidding. Link and Midna had already learned that Ganon has returned and so they set out to Hyrule Castle to stop him.
Ugh, the art style of this game was just incomparable. I love that they continue to make incredible new art with every release of these games but this one in particular I think they went absolutely all out with the art direction. It's insane the detail they put into so much of this world. I know botw is huge and it probably would have been impossible, but I wish they could have matched this level of execution with the botw art design.
I remember playing this game on the Wii and I had 99% finished when trying to fully complete the game on my own. I missed one heart and wasn't sure where the last heart piece was. This was when I didn't have a phone to look up walkthroughs, good times!
I remember when I was trying to 100% on Wii I missed one Poe, and it took me I don't know how many hours to learn that I could break an ice floor on the mansion to get a chest for some rupees. Did you think that was weird the entire beginner vilage being inverted? Seriously I thought that or the video was inverted for copyright claims or I was getting crazy.
10 minutes in and I can already understand why everyone loves TP Link so much! I'm very, very tempted to watch this through instead of waiting for TP to be ported on the switch
ahhhh you’re missing out! I remember back when Windwaker came out(such a colorful game btw!) on the GC it had two disks Windwaker and Ocarina of Times. When Twillight came out it was such a big jump in graphics, mood, and story. You’ll def going to love it. It has that rainy-day feel to it. Sigh I’m 28 now and I’m feeling nostalgic. Tahir Rizwan i got my switch during the height of quarantine and the prices were crazy x( It makes perfect sense to wait a little, hopefully the prices will drop even more by then. But hey, a switch is a switch anyhow and you’ll invariably have an amazing time :)
The wait might be long, but it’s damn worth it! The characters, the story, everything about twilight princess is awesome, and that’s why it’s my favorite Zelda game of all time!
Love love love this game although I've never finished it.. 25 years old and I'm still terrified of the black hand that tries to grab your ball in one of the last dungeons 😂
Beating the game is a reward to say the least BUT, your faced with the biggest consequences. And that’s having absolutely nothing to do....I love twilight princess to the bone because of its story and beating the game breaks my heart, knowing that I’ve already beat the game and are stuck feeling like you have nothing else to do with your life lol, I beat the game and I feel the same way and it sucks because I can’t do anything new and exciting. I grew up with the wii version of twilight princess and hoping to play the HD version because of the wide verity of things to do in the game after your done. (I really hope they port twilight princess HD onto the switch)
If that wasn't relatable, that hand made my heart race. Use your hookshot against the hand until it's unconscious and quickly grab the ball of light and run (caution: do not leave the hand unconscious near the ball of light, instead lead it back to where you last came from wait until it's near you and then hit it and run with the ball of light to the next room). When I was younger I was frightened of the arbiters grounds, ghost were always my weak point at the time and seeing many of them was a big nope for me, now it's no big deal and I handle it well.
@@JeesusHemmo same, I had to struggle on that part too many times until I decided to use arrows on it and from there I learned the hookshot was a better alternative to stun that freaky hand.

I have found most Zelda games to be like this, except for breath of the wild. Although I loved it, to me it wasn’t a Zelda game because it didn’t have the magic, fun, weirdness or quirkiness of anything pre botw

I recently beat this game for the second time after many years. Not even the HD version, but the original GCN version. It has aged very well. The somber mood and darker atmosphere always stuck well to me. Reminds me a lot of Majora's Mask. P.S. 7:43:00 is the comedy scene with the guards running away after offering to help Ilia/Ralis. I always remember this scene fondly haha
I've had some OOT fanboys attack me because I say Twilight Princess is my fav Zelda game of all time. Sure, OOT is fantastic, but I just really appreciate the darkness and story behind Twilight Princess. Yes, it might be a little edgier and more "adult" than your standard Zelda game, but this was such an unforgettable experience. I really wish I could forget everything and play it for the first time again. Edit: I also highly recommend reading the Twilight Princess manga adaptation by Akira Himekawa. It's slightly different and much darker than the game, but it's very enjoyable.

Still my favorite game ever, this game has my heart. My first ever played game. It thought me the values of friendship. It taught me how to read. Taught me problem solving. This game has gotten me through so much in my life. The Wii, GameCube, now my Wii U with the HD. I always feel the same nostalgia even too this day 13 years later. I played this game when I was 7 got it brand new on the Wii for Christmas. If I could go back to anytime in my life, it would be the day I got this game. the music in this game is next level. the way themes and melodies are weaved into different tracks and certain songs from previous game are retooled is masterful. the sound design in general is so comfy but epic at the same time. so many little details. i never noticed how midna hums her own theme. twilight princess is a masterpiece

I like The SNess Zelda: A Link to The Past for It was The First I Ever played, and I use him as reference Breath of The Wild had many things From various Zeldas, lots of References, but to me reminded me too much of A Link To The Past, even the Lost Woods with The Sword, and other things... Those 2 Zelda games to me are The best so Far, Right after those is Twilight Princess, I like The more realistic aproach, I remember The First time I Saw a gameplay on a Games Store, I Could not wait to play This Game But Ocarina of time has a especial place too, as The "First" 3D Zelda game But to me Breath of The Wild is What Zelda Should always Have been, It can Still get Better, but so Far is The Best, The real SandBox Adventure/Action game
I'm so glad I'm not alone lol I definitely think TP is the best too. I thought I was the only one, everywhere I go it's always "Ocarina" or "Majoras Mask" which are great games in their own right, but man... this one was something else.

Twilight Princess will always be my favorite Zelda game.
Wow! What a Story! I'm 62 and decided to see what it was all about? So I binged on this Movie adaptation of the Game in two days! Can't help but Loving Link as a Hero! He not only grows up, but doesn't brag and stays under the radar. He doesn't abuse any power or weapons either? Choosing to clear the floor for the statues when he can. I believe in part, this has to do with the choices of the gamer playing the game! Well done staying in Character. Midna turns out to be a real Hero in this Story by the life altering changes and attitudes that ultimately help save Light. Each cannot exist without the other and sacraficing the mirror is their only surety of future safety. Which is heartbreaking for Link. I believe Midna is the only True Friend Link has ever known at this point in his life. She turned out to be a real beauty. Can't get more intimate than being one's shadow.
I mean technically the Wii version is the flipped version since a lot of people didn't feel comfortable with Link being left handed while a majority of people are right handed
I know right, I needed to look up the maps to see that they had 2 maps for Gamecube and Wii versions. I was getting freak out thinking that I was getting crazy XD

Thanks dude
Ugh, the art style of this game was just incomparable. I love that they continue to make incredible new art with every release of these games but this one in particular I think they went absolutely all out with the art direction. It's insane the detail they put into so much of this world. I know botw is huge and it probably would have been impossible, but I wish they could have matched this level of execution with the botw art design.

When Twillight came out it was such a big jump in graphics, mood, and story. You’ll def going to love it. It has that rainy-day feel to it. Sigh I’m 28 now and I’m feeling nostalgic. Oh yes that hand is awful

Kinda wish I knew that you can stun the hand, would made it so much bearable.
@@JeesusHemmo same, I had to struggle on that part too many times until I decided to use arrows on it and from there I learned the hookshot was a better alternative to stun that freaky hand.

It's slightly different and much darker than the game, but it's very enjoyable.
the graphis of this game are amazing, but I couldn't say it's the best because it's too long for me. ocarina still the best. this is a close 2nd.
OOT is too fast paced.

This game has gotten me through so much in my life. The Wii, GameCube, now my Wii U with the HD. I always feel the same nostalgia even too this day 13 years later. Ocarina of time and majora's mask was way better
@@playboi8500 Well i'm glad you have an opinion and respectfully, I disagree.
I like The SNess Zelda: A Link to The Past for It was The First I Ever played, and I use him as reference
Breath of The Wild had many things From various Zeldas, lots of References, but to me reminded me too much of A Link To The Past, even the Lost Woods with The Sword, and other things...

This is is still my favorite I seriously think I made him replay it about five times- I hope they put this on the switch-
This was such a cool, gritty Zelda game. I'll never forget playing alone at night in the desert temple scared of the Ghosts and skeletons 😂
I used to play this with my Grandmother all the time! It meant the world to me. I never completed it till this past year. I just wish she was here to see it.
RIP Satoru Iwata 1959-2015 😢👼💛👑🌹💕
I find the fact that I share a birthday with him to be awesome
You are a Fricking Legend bro. It should be called the legend of sourcespy91. 100/10
lol
i always started twilight princess when i was younger but never finished it. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the entire 26 hours of this. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! this game is BEYOND beautiful and it's got me wanting to play this myself!! i hope one day it comes out for the switch. what a wild ride this was
1:02:10 this is where the whole game changes. you’re still happy from the beginning, so you’re in your curious stage, then things become frightening as the song goes on…
Thank you for providing this long play! You showed a lot of character, even without the use of commentary. Awesome. This game is truly a classic! :D
This is easily my favorite video game I’ve ever played.
4:31:08 Sure the Moustache's Family is the mvp of Ordon, still that little kid kills me everytime he spooked and when he created his own Market from nowhere really was the bomb for my laughter xD
I freakin love the Ordon village theme
I've been watching this on and off for ages and finally finished. ♥️✨ Thank you so much for an amazing video - you did everything perfectly including getting all the vases, petting the animals and appreciating the world, scenes and people. I'm so glad people like you exist!
:)
@@SourceSpy91I wish there will be the legend of zelda movie.
There is a Zelda movie coming!
I didn’t know the legend of Zelda existed until I was 9. I downloaded Four Swords on my DSI cause it was free and had fun playing it with my siblings. Later on I found out there’s an entire library of Zelda games. I got Twilight Princess on my 10th birthday and after over a month of trial and error I beat my first Zelda game. 11 years later this game still holds a special place in my heart. Twilight Princess will always be my favorite Zelda game.
Even after a few years, this game is still one of the best.
Midna: *is going to die
Me: *is listening and singing to the song
4:04:26
If only taming a horse in BOTW was this intense
Nice mask!
My first time playing didn’t have it as a kid, and I’m 30!!, so far this game seemed ahead of its time, truly an afventure
Can't get more intimate than being one's shadow.
for such a long video, there aren’t many ads- thanks for that! it helped the flow of the game not be disrupted :D
I’m used to the Wii ver of LoZ:TP, so I find it really odd for it to be flipped ...like walking backwards lol
1:29:35 the nodding at the dog was so cute 😭
Awww that’s so sweet 🥹
This is the most beautiful game I have ever played. An artwork perhaps at the level of the grand Greek tragedies, one that keeps on developing a mythologic pantheon full of rich characters, symbolsm, and enormously deep meaning; with a vast sensitivity and heartfulness. I am in total awe for it, and enormously grateful...
The graphics on this look amazing the detail put into the design of this game are underappreciated and underrated
it's like watching a movie, a great movie!
A great movie yeah, but of 26 hours
Link does all the work. But yeah sure let's call it Legend of Zelda lmao
Lol
The legend of link
I know right laugh out loud
@@SourceSpy91 if you did all this in one sitting, your a legend. I couldn't play this game for more than at least 4 hours at a time. Especially doing a 100% run. So much back tracking and running around for bugs. Keep up the awesome work!
The Legend of Zelda is like saying Zelda's Legend: Link.
Basically The Legend of Zelda is Link itself, think about if Zelda is telling a legend to someone, she would be talking about Link, cause he is the legendary hero.
I love how Link just takes the pup after winning the clawshot game!
I'm sorry but they made Link so handsome
@@kotlc_zelink_loz_fan I did! and yes he is so attractive
Was anyone else smiling when Link drew his sword to herd the goats?? XD this play through is absolutely top notch!!!
