    Looked into this for my husband recent stroke Jan this year. His birthday in a matter of days, we did decide to gift him Ruk sack and shoes. This will encourage daily walking and hiking in our woods. Thanks for sharing, appreciate you!

    Thanks for sharing Annie. I used to walk a lot. I need to get back to walking. I’m 73, type 1 diabetic for 35 years, and I have developed neuropathy in my feet. It really is painful, but when it cools off a bit, it’s 102 right now, I want to start early and do 15 minutes a day, a d work back up. ❤✝️
