Is it technically correct to have your foot touch the floor multiple times during a count?
If you're rolling from the ball of your foot like you showed for the 1, you will basically touch the floor with the ball on 1 then also do something more with your foot afterwards, even if it's very quick is this not two steps from a technical perspective in dancing? I think this is called backtime in English.
It happens very quickly the goal is to attack the floor with the ball of your feet. This gives you speed and mobility like in any combat sport you dont want to be caught flat footed ;)
