The two witnesses are listed in Isaiah 43, verse 1, and God specifically calls them his witnesses in Chapter 43, verse 10 and 12.

Yes, that is correct, and when you look at the cross references to Isa 43:10, where it states “my witnesses,” you see Act 1:8, below, showing the two witnesses receiving power:
      Act 1:8 KJV
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
And the cross scripture reference to Act 1:8, where the two witness receives power, is Rev 11:3-6, below:
      Rev 11:3 KJV
And I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
      Rev 11:4 KJV
These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
      Rev 11:5 KJV
And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
      Rev 11:6 KJV
These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

[Jhn 14:6 KJV] 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
