I love how the Victory Point for Loire-Atlantique is Saint-Nazaire and not Nantes who's the biggest town of the region. Nope it's Saint-Nazaire who had a U-Boat naval base and was a pocket of the resistance movement. Gotta love my home town. I mean, they call the Victory Point Nantes from what I can see. Nukes, you do realize the first theorist you could have recruited in video 2 was Oppenheimer and you could have jump started nuclear technology research by four years. Sure it would take 1 thousand days but seriously nukes bomb them into complete oblivion.
You can only have invasions of 10 division in the whole nation without upgraded tech, that means if you have two naval invasions you would have to split 5/5 for both invasions and not 10 each.
Nonty Im too lazy to look up the wiki or boot the game, but if he only has the 1st doesnt that limit the amount of troops he can use for naval invasions ? :)
I would just send one division then build a naval base where you sent your single division then you can send the rest of your invading force much more quickly.

It gives you all the territory of the country that has capitulated. (sans for some territory which you can annex when you are in a peace conference with them)

Also note the you said the pacific war and with him controlling the UK he does not need carries
