Hola me gustan muchos tus trabajos y explicas bien y lo que mas me gusta es que todo va con medidas asi podemos guiarnos mejor porque las lanas no siempre son iguales
@@simonacrochet4149 Thanks for replying so quickly Simona. I am currently working on baby blankets and I hope to make some of your fabulous coats as Xmas presents. All the best, Áine in Galway 😁
Para las que quieren en español, los cuadros que muestra. Son las medidas solo cuenten con ella las cadenas ,y si en algo puedo ayudarlas pónganme un mensaje,
Start with 101 and then add 6 for the overlap. Once you have the full set of starting chains your yoke will look like this: 18 for each of the fronts, 29 for the back, 19 for each shoulder and 1 for 4 corners. And you will have 4 double crochet before starting the pattern on the shoulder
I am using the same yarn and hook size, but my chain doesn't measure the same as yours (same number of stitches as I am making the same size) It's measuring shorter even with a little stretch. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Should I increase my hook size?
Hi , we don't have same hands 😁 if you are a bit shorter than me (1-2 cm) keep going not a big deal, your neckline will not be tight, if more perhaps try a bigger hook or next chain count on my chart
I have a question u said if u cahnge colour in selevees than u have to carochet in the last stich m confused are u takling about that stich which we are leaving and from which chain two is comming pls guide iam beginner

You make this look so easy but my relatively newbie common sense tells me it is not😜😌. But who knows I still may try it. I love a challenge. Also newly subbed. I however do have a question and plz forgive me if you already explained it but why would some have one stitch and some have more?? Is it for different sizes of the cardigan?? This is really beautiful btw. Tyfs God bless you
Hi, I’ve made sweaters, jackets, and cardigans for my daughters but never used the conversion sheet. I’m having trouble following the math, but I LOVE your patterns. Is there a video pattern you suggest I follow first from YOUR set of patterns to get used to the conversion sheet?
Hey, super detailed and helpful tutorials...im learning to crochet cardigans through your tutorials...i got a query about the starting chains length...in some you got the length of this chain from the head circumference minus 3cm and in some you have the values written in your notebook that are way too less compared to the head circumference, why is that? (I think you got these using the formula: head circumference plus neck contour = answer divided by two and 2nd answer rounded off)
Yes I write down the length now, I found that there is less confusion if I just give the centimetres. And yes I use that use that formula on some of them depending on what kind of neckline I am making, some have to be right at the neck some have to be wider depends on design
@@simonacrochet4149 is the head circumference minus 3cm meant for hoodies and the formula method for plain simple necklines...how do you decide which to use for what design?
@@simonacrochet4149 one more related query..I found two different beginning chain lengths lists in your videos, for example, in one of them its 31 cm for 3-6m baby, but in the other list the beginning chain lengths has changed, so now it's 35cm for the same size, which one is the right one...? Or are the lists specific for some category of cardigan designs?
Yes I usually use -3 for hoodies or those cardigans that I plan to do some sort of edging around the neckline at the end, the shorter chains I use for cardigans with collars
@@simonacrochet4149 could you please answer the 3rd query too. I really appreciate your guidelines and replies. Thanx...May God replace all your troubles with blessings. Amen🙂.

Hello. Just started to make this cardi and unsure of something. I've chained 79 for my size, which calls for 2 double crochets after each corner and before the pattern. After these 2 crochets, where do i then start making the fan? Do i still skip 2 chains like you have in the video? I was unsure if it was still the same even though i have 2 to do. Many thanks 😁

The content of yarn is not important, just use any light weight 3 thickness yarn
