Hi G-Ni! Your porridge has a Filipino version too and it is called "Arroz Caldo". It's cooked with chicken and chicken broth and ginger. It is usually plain with just chicken, then you season it with different sauces upon serving. Just like in Korea, we love eating arroz caldo during the cold and rainy season, especially when you feel sick. Hopefully when you visit the Philippines, you can try this dish too :) Loving all your videos :)
