I fished the bash and I thought the fishing sucked. Obviously people were catching them. Then again, I’ve fished it spring and fall for 3 years and have yet to cash a check so apparently it’s just me. I caught a 4.5 pounder on Friday practicing of course but that was my only decent fish all weekend. I guess I need to schedule a guided trip sometime and try to learn some better patterns and techniques. I enjoy fishing it but by midday Sunday I’m ready to sell my boat. I threw topwater extensively and mixed in some other presentations.
