So little gym tip, protein shake before the gym is generally not a good idea, it’s slow digesting and can cause discomfort. Id recommend protein shake afterwards! Before the workout I’d recommend any simple carbs like oats or rice cakes or some fruit :)
Hey thanks for sharing! I drink the shake during my training (for optimal proteinsynthesis) and not before, and as it’s an isoclear protein shake, it’s isolated protein (so no carbs and fat), meaning it’s actually very easy to digest😉

Edit: Nina PLEASE look up at the ceiling when doing squats! 10:40 when you look down like that you (not you specifically I mean in general for everyone) will lean forward and it's not healthy. You take the risk if leaning forward. So by looking up, especially at the ceiling you force your chest and head up. When squatting 405lbs or 183 kgs, I promise you it helps.

Ohh no I actually look down to lessen the strain on my neck cuz it’s a rlly unhealthy and unnatural posture to look up🙊 always keep your neck in a neutral position!!😋 and I’m leaning forward to target my glutes better, if I were to stay completely upright, I would target my quads more☺️

Ahaha I can for sure do a video about it if you’re interested!! Protein powder is definitely a handy tool to help when it comes to getting in enough protein but is absolutely not needed!! I totally feel you tho there are sooo many different infos out on the net😅💗
