Why use the same alcohol wipe? Use one for the vial top and one for the site!!

only issue with the IM injection is that needle is too short and in that demo, the injection, especially if pt is large or has fatty arm, would likely only reach SQ tissue and not IM, even at 45' angle. need a 22-25 guage needle for IM
