@@toast1172 It has left me in so much pain. I've only got like 6 or so more planes left in Japan's tech tree, but I almost don't want to play it. It gets uptiered too much to bomb with F16s and Migs taking bases, and doesn't get enough downtiers to go full air to air loadouts.

Plane is really slugish so only bring enough bombs for one base else you get too slow. If you go for bases stay low to the ground. Your flares are not the best. Normally if the first 2 flares don't do anything you are fu**ed. Just Good Luck trooper

Idk who you are facing but this plane is utter garbage for its missiles, it get slapped by frontal aspect and every one but the sweden has ebough flares to fuck aim-9, aim-7 is basically useless since the radar cannot lock shit. Gun is fine but its 11.0 so id rather play ariete if i want gun fighting

I was using the aj37 to grind out rank 7 and I hated f4ej because they always got the base and I had to wait 10 mins for one to respawn
Japan grins was my the shortest grind ever(4 days to get 16aj +3 days to get f15)

Yeah the atdw and ej are notorious for bad radar, ej Kai has a much better radar and locking with a doppler mode
Sparrows are useless without PD radar, just bring 9Ps and gun pods

This aircraft has the worst br rating and because of that it is permanently cursed. Most of the time you will end up against 12.0s.

Most of the clips he ran 3 gunpods and 4 aim9s. Some he brought the aim7s with them. the base runs were with full FFAR and M117 loads
