This_is _Alarcon sometimes the game doesn't register properly you have to keep trying until it goes or try from a different angle. It happens to me sometimes too when I'm building stuff.
So every time I remove the leftmost pillar (in front of the gate), the gate and the walls on the left come down. What am I missing here? Should it matter in which order the pillars come down?
Without seeing it firsthand it's hard to say exactly what's going on. As long as the ceiling is finished (all sides are connected), you should be able to remove the pillars. If it persists, you can use this method (ua-cam.com/video/yQ4btBQunOs/v-deo.html) to lower the pillar to the point you can't see it and just leave it there. That should hopefully solve your problem (fingers crossed). Good luck!
Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I would hate to demolish the whole thing and start from scratch (the time! the resources!) but that was my next option, aside from just.. living with the pillars. Much appreciated.
I managed to remove the leftmost pillar by putting another one closer to gate and then destroying the original one, but doing the same for middle pillar destroys the gate and left outer wall.
@@Fayhra Have you tried the method yoyoy2k mentioned above? Just finished the raft and i have the same Problem as you... Still looks quite nice but its just not the same... Anyways gues im gonna try the other method with the pillars soon.

Same for me. Quite frustrating as this took some time to farm. I cant figure out where I went wrong, I think I followed each step exactly. Weird..
