How Big!? Eating Gigantic Foods at Knott’s Berry Farm!

- We returned to Knott's Berry Farm to watch the Fourth of July fireworks and attempt to eat all the gigantic food introduced for the theme park's big 100th anniversary celebration. This includes:
* "The Proud Bird" sandwich, a 12-inch Hawaiian bun served with a 12oz marinated and hand-breaded chicken breast with 1 pound of fries and a soup/salad or rhubarb as an appetizer. "The Proud Bird" is sold at Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant for $55 dollars.
* "Xcelerator, the Burger!" is a massive 12-inch savory treat available at Coasters Diner for $56 and will easily feed several hungry food enthusiasts. Topped with fries, bacon, and cheese.
* Super Fun Bun - a 12-inch glazed cinnamon bun coated in funnel cake batter and deep-fried and topped with sweet boysenberry glaze. Available at Ghost Town Grub for $20.

That was some great food. The chicken sandwich looked superb. The cinnamon roll with strawberries made my mouth water. Wow. Loved Kitra dancing with the fireworks. Peters little moves for a moment was cute.

As a guy who who used to work at Knotts and Disney, I love watching your videos. It really is like hanging out with all my old cast mates.

So my grandparents, who raised me, knew Walter and Cordelia Knott, and we used to go to Knotts berry farm every Saturday and have breakfast at the restaurant. Then in the evening we would meet up with Mr and Mrs Knott to the wagon train round up and sit in one of the wagons with them and watch the wagonmasters. This was in the 1960’s
Btw the boysenberry butter is incredible on the waffles.

In the early sixties, my grandparents went to America on vacation from Germany (that was a big deal in those days), I remember pictures of Knott's Berry Farm in my grandmother's photo album and she had this beautiful delicate china figurine of Cinderella that just fascinated me as a small child.
Knotts has so much history, it’s great to revisit the memories through photos.
They have no problem going big at Knotts! This reminds me of the "Man vs Food" show. My arteries would just be weeping with all this food. Happy 4th guys! This will be the closest to seeing fireworks for me. Due to a city wide ban on fireworks this year.
I'd hate to see the state of the toilet the day after.
Fireworks are the cause of 18,000 acres of forest fires a year so it's great for the environment to not have fireworks
Knotts isn’t near any forests as far as I’m aware so I think it’s fine that they do fireworks a handful of nights each year.

I love Knotts. So traditional and affordable. They’re proof that the over charging isn’t because it takes a lot of money to keep the business afloat. They give you what you pay for and so much more.

I saw *Five Fires LIVE Stream* last night and I was looking forward in this video. I can't believe that this is your life! You're living the dream. Having fun days out at theme parks and rating them.... wow. I have crazy commutes and work like a dog to make ends meet. How do you do it? You are living the dream. Good for you, I hope it lasts!
It might look like all fun and games but it’s still a lot of work. For instance most videos take two days of editing to complete. And to get to the point that we could make money off doing this was years of each of us spending 30-40 hours a week and making next to nothing. We love what we do and that’s key. But it’s still work.
