Blessed be the name of the Lord. This message was powerful and full of wisdom 😊. Thank you so much pastor
This is so true! I’ve said it over and over again, sinners sin; that’s what they do. Stop trying to make sinners live a holy life. Give them the gospel salvation, and they will learn and grow in grace and in the things of God. 😊
Amen! Beautifully done. Confirming what I have been sharing with individuals for sometime. We must follow Jesus by imitating how he demonstrated we should conduct ourselves in an ever changing culture. 😇🙏🏾
I need to listen to this a few more times. Love the message.
Amen and Amen Dr Bernard! I’m so tired of being gaslight and labeled as having a “woke virus”! Again, Amen!!!
Amen! This message was on point.
I,ll be there next Sunday 😮 Amen 🙏 praise God 🙏 Amen.
I'M WITH YOU PASTOR AR BERNARD👊...
What a Chiros message. Thanks Pastors !So timely, relevant and necessary/
I LOVE The Message! I would like to SAY THIS Concerning many people would Rather refer to themselves AS Spiritual due to The Stain of being called a Christian. Unfortunately THIS IS Where We ARE. IS IT RIGHT? What Is Religion? The Church The Body of Christ The Temple Dwelling Place of The Holy Spirit... Well Jesus Said Spiritual Things Are Spiritual. Carnal Things Are Carnal. So Yes I would prefer to say I'm Spiritual. Not Religious Not Christian. A Believer In Jesus Christ The Son of The Living GOD. WHO Gave The Name Christians. It Started As Believers. But none of those names matter much. It's WHO IS IN YOU! AND YOU IN HIM. He Knows Who His Are!!!
Did you ask who gave the name Christians?
Read Acts 11:19-26
And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
The parables and principles Jesus
talks about, go way beyond
the words you have here.
Truth!
They want to use your light to look lit❤
We just have to be smarter and more strategic in the things of God.
Biblical information encompasses all areas of life.
Folks are filled with “knowledge”. “Data”.
“Logic”.
But lack the wisdom to make use of it.
Our pride gives us false security.
We say we know but “wisdom is known by her children!”
By the end result of what it produces.
That Bible is not just a book of strange stories.
It teaches us how God thinks.
And is able to make us wise in our affairs.
If pastor did not cling to God’s principles, in the circles that he travels, he would’ve been devoured long time ago.
Truth and the lie travel the same roads!
That’s why scripture often says “don’t look to the left or the right!”
And sometimes “don’t greet anyone on the road.”
Deception is constantly trying to get your attention.
“I Am the way! Follow Me”
If you don’t learn bible we are open to the suggestions of another.
Is that where God says, “The Kingdom of God suffers Violence and the Violent take it by force?’
Pastor is fired up with righteous indignation.
Grade and Peace Pastors. Thank you two for having this vital dialogue/convetsation for such a ti n e as this. In all of my experiences of being in tbe House of yer when politicians have vome through, both varnsl and spirit filled, ig had been m I stly to plead for votes, rather than to enlighten the constituents of veracious empowerment. While there nay be Christisms in various parties, thete seems not to have been as bold and beneficial for the greater good since Adam Claytonowell, Jr. While Christians/Saints of the Most High God are endowed woth poser from on high, thete seems to br very little brevity and courage to exercisr itFor centiries neither"Republicans, nor Democrats have valued the loyalty of Black citizens, be they conservative or i dependent. The same goes fir the Nody of Christ. I fitmly believe that all politics is local, which may be part and parcel as to why so many irbsn k7nities can have a bevy of Houees of worship, but very littke visible changes, aside from more "Church Centers. Ill pause for the cause...
"ENOUGH FOR PLAYING DUMB CHRISTIAN (KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO BUT DON'T DO IT) !"
😮
I,ve sorry big time
Where is this conversation going? The simple message of Jesus Christ is seeking the spiritual Truth of how Father God demonstrated Himseĺf through His Son who was without SIN, Knowing the only way, yes is through Him ( Jesus). Jesus, Who is the Holy Spirit, the unlimited Yeshua living inside all serious Belivers/Born Again baptized sons or daughters who have been transformed spiritually of their minds and own understandings, but the Teacher Helper, who is Spirit will guide you into spiritual wisdom to live in a tangible natural world. Therefore, We become more of an Active "spiritual Being." We are formed in spirit but housed in a tanigble form.(body)
This was not a teaching. This was a personal rant that didn't dig into the heart of the question. He sounded good but switched the thesis of the argument several times. Had there been dialog, check for understanding, the option for a Q&A, maybe this could have been a real teaching moment. Moreover, he said a lot but didn't really say nothing.
Perhaps, you need to listen to this message again and read and study the scripture references he made.
I don't like the mental slide of hand that this pastor does. He crisscrosses the issues in order to arrive at his own personal ideology. Example: He used the story of Levi's conversion to justify "wealthy redistribution". Levi's statement to Jesus that he would payback anyone that he has wronged, had nothing to do with the liberal ideology of wealth redistribution. Even if you support wealth redistribution, you cannot support it based on one wealthy man's conviction. Also, Jesus hanging out with sinners does not mean that we should hangout with sinners who are unwilling to change. More importantly, there is a difference between "sinners" who are convicted of their sins and want to change and "sinners" who are content with their sins and hardhearted towards God. Jesus did not hangout with hardhearted sinners. Even if he did, He is Jesus, He is not corrupted by bad company. We Are. WE are instructed not to keep company with the world. The Apostle Paul lays out that we should engage and interact with sinners to win them to Christ but we must finite our interaction with those who are committed to their sinful ways and avoid "believers" who are engaged in sinful activities. Sadly, this pastor never dealt with the real issue/elephant in the room. How do we reconcile our Christian faith with political and ideological "policies", and "arguments" not "people" but "policies and arguments" that are a direct affront to Christianity (i.e. abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, illegal immigrants benefiting from Black tax dollars while Black get pushed to the back burner, etc).
That's not an elephant in the room. Do you only want straight people to have rights. We as believers are to operate as a light in the world. But can't deny the rights of others. We are not in a theocracy, abortion should not be a government issue. It is a moral and heart issue. We can vote to keep transgender to stay out of classrooms, but the issue of gender, is a heart issue too. Why didn't you talk about treason, lies, project 2025,our democracy and for believers to be able to gather together? These are what is truly on the ballot box
America is not the kingdom of God but neither is the church or Christianity is the kingdom of God.
Pastor everything is politics….
Your comment is on point. I'm so tired of people saying that they represent Jesus Christ and turn around and vote for candidate or party that blatantly anti God, anti Bible and anti Christian.
@@truthmatters8407I'm sorry, but I just can't see genuine love of God flowing through either political party. Js
I think Pastor Jamal is rude when he is on his phone during the sermon. Maybe that’s why I don’t watch the service when he is speaking (preaching?)
AND his carnality and lack of Biblical soundness. He does not reverence GOD AT ALL.
Have you thought to ask who he is interacting with?
What interests me is that you decided to come with a spirit of judgment rather than curiosity. Please advise why you decided not to ask first before judging.
Interesting how we play "god" and judge so fast....but anyway God knows us better....
