Back in the 70's Guyana had 3 Hydrographic vessels ... the MV Lanaballi, Sir Fredrick and the HN Critchlow that we were constantly monitoring the coast line of Guyana for Erosion and Accretion..... we used a rope line to check the depth of the water to calibrate our onboard Echo Sounder. This brought back many memories to me now as I'm retired here in Canada. Those fishermen are hard working ..... they spent nights on the back of our Survey vessels resting and playing cards with us... next morning they would leave fresh fish for us. I know the whole of Guyana like the back of my hands and the coast line whilst Surveying. I left Guyana for Trinidad where I worked Surveying in Barataria for 9 years then came to Canada. Lots of memories when I see these videos of Guyana's coastline. Cheers.
Awesome Video ARD You bring the best out of Guyana 🇬🇾 always. Thanks for sharing and continuing the great and wonderful job you are doing. God Blessings 🙌🙏 Brampton, Ontario
I enjoy all of your videos but this was the BEST one yet. You showed us a part of Guyana and an experience that most of us probably haven’t had a chance of seeing, I.e. fishermen going out into the Atlantic for the daily catch. Gotta say, my stomach was in my hands as that boat was swaying from side to side 😀. You are truly blessed! 🙏
Awesome video Captain. Now how on earth does these guys manage to keep those lines untangled and it’s really hard work, this fishing business it takes tremendous skills and effort to do what these guys are doing. Hats off to them and all the other for bringing fresh fish to The people of Guyana and the world. 💯🇬🇾🐠🇬🇾💯
This is a such an eye opener into the VERY complicated art of fishing and being fishermen. They deserve soooo much more respect. They basically risk their lives to feed us. God bless them and I applaud these men for their bravery and hard work! Thanks for highlighting sir. Keep safe.
That's the life. Can't get it more fresh than that. Every thing fresh. Big up to the fishermen. Awesome lunch and awesome hangout with the guys. (Andrew)
It was nice going on the trip with you guys. I like the way you can hear the excitement and elation in your voice and manner after returning - it gave you and us a real boost
Hey Danny great job, enjoy!!!, I love watching your channel. I used to throw net and catch fish when I was in Guyana. Now I am 80 years old, watching you all, brought back lots of memories. Thanks alot, and God bless from NYC. Keep up the great work.
My goodness that water look treacherous, if someone fall in there I can't imagine they finding the body. These fishermen hardly get recognition for their hard work. When that boat was rocking side to side I felt like I was watching a horror movie. Please let those guys know that they're brave and hard working, thumbs up to them and I pray for their safety💜
Beautiful....fresh is the best!!! No supermarket fish on ice stuff. I will never take my Country for granted again, where you go to the market and buy fresh organic food.
Now I know you have a wife Good for you, That’s a good thing you travel between the States and Guyana amongst your own people Much success my friend with your Channel
Oh I love this vlog, I will be watching again with my family later. I hope these fishermen would invest in a life jacket. Their family should have peace of mind when they are out in those deep waters. These men risk their lives so we can eat fish. What a happy group of workers.
It's impressive to see such resourceful people accomplish so much in spite of their technological limitations. It's very uplifting. Thanks for sharing your fishing trip!
Every Monday I come home from work , I look forward for your video. This is so because you truly inspire me and my family of how life must really be. Just know that I'm a number 1 fan. Keep doing what you doing. God bless. New York

Good morning guys. Good job, l now see why when the cat fish have a split on the mouth its because of the hook. It's very scary and these guys risk their lives to feed us thats the reason why l pay the price because l want it no problem, last week l bought two cat fish in New York for 25 u.s. awesome job. But u guys pray and becareful.
