  • Recipe for crispy and delicious fried dough, great for breakfast or dinner.
    Ingredients:
    Flour 450 g.
    Lukewarm water 300 ml.
    Salt 1 tsp,
    Sugar 2 tsp,
    Yeast 10 g.
    Oil 30 g. (+ 500 ml. for frying).
    Yeast fermentation time: 10 mins.
    Dough fermentation time: 1 hour,
    A total of 16 pieces.
