LOVE hearing from Olivia. So glad she's officially a squad member! Please interview her on all 15+ topics you could have chosen from so we can hear about them all.
Jay, this is such a lovely interview. It really speaks to the sacrifices we make for our sport when we move away from home to train. It is such an interesting, challenging, and ultimately rewarding life that not many people get to live. It simply changes the course of your life and the person you become. The interview was done so thoughtfully and compassionately; it yielded moving and authentic content. Jay, please do more of this. It fits with your role of being the heart and engine of the squad. You do a great job of getting to the compelling aspects of the people that touch your life and ours. Thank you. Olivia's charisma, fortitude, and vulnerability are so intriguing and welcoming. Fantastic ambassador for Ice Dancing and bringing people to the sport. Again, thank you so much for this.
Hey Joanna, I've been viewing these interviews of yours for a short bit and they have pushed me to subscribe to your channel. Very well done, very interesting, just very.
This was brilliant! You've got such a nice setting there, cosy but professional, an interesting topic, and lots of good questions. You both speak very clearly, and the conversation flows naturally. I could listen to you two chatting for hours, so looking forward to the next episodes!
Joanna, one suggestion- if you interview in this location again, keep the camera in the same place but swap chairs with your guest so we can see their face. Love yours too girl, but would have loved to see more of Olivia's face instead of just her profile since she did most of the speaking.
This is so interesting. Olivia is so capturing. And I loved watching Nile‘s and Olivia‘s journey. Just one question. Did you, Olivia, had to go to school in America simultaneously to practice? And well done Jay for the questions/atmosphere
Yeah. I was wondering that , too. When she was in New Jersey, didn’t she have to attend high school? Did she graduate ? Wouldn’t a high school diploma be equivalent to what she wanted to accomplish academically in England?
Love this video Jay and Olivia! Such an interesting conversation to listen to; can't imagine moving to a new country at 14 only knowing 3 people, but by the sounds of it, an incredibly rewarding experience. Sometimes you just need that little push to do the scary thing!
I know this must have been extremely fulfilling for both of you (after all it's a from-the-heart conversation between two people in one room) but I'd like to say thanks for giving us a glimpse. I cannot relate to either of your experiences (no athleticism or particular drive in this human!) but I loved it. And, Jay, I found your 'interviewing' method (familiar and Northern
I follow Olivia since She was a kid ( and i was a kid too ahaha) and omg She lived in Montreal for 8 years, where did the time go? I'm feeling old now. I think She Is leaving for Montreal again with a new partner. Good luck.
Thank you ladies as a 69yr old bloke I felt as if I was intruding on two young women getting to know each other, And as I desperately wanted to know more about Olivia, I stayed stum and rolled up in a ball, Both of you, can be proud of that which you do, Thank you again

The best part of Nile doing Dancing on Ice is Olivia. I love her so much and she fits so well with all of you.

Jay - You are awesome! Olivia is really a great person. She is certainly an inspiration and role model to young girls who aspire to Olympic dreams
Olivia has fast become my favourite skater on doi. Hope she's back on next year. Great vlog Joanna x
Jay, you are an excellent interviewer. You let her tell her story and added prompts at just the right points.

Wonderful to learn more about Liv!
I'd love to hear more about this! It opens up the talk about sacrifices for your sport!

Love Olivia! She’s a great additive n to the squad! Maybe teach her some cheer leader moves!

If this conversation would have been like an hour, I would NOT have been mad about it 😂😂
Great chat girls 💖
Getting ready to change careers in my mid-forties scared to death. You make it sound so easy.
