  • Welcome to Rosehaven 777! In today's video, I'll show you how to transform a single sheet of paper into a life-changing experience, especially when dealing with anxiety. By drawing pictures with watercolor on a sheet of paper, you can reduce anxiety and bring a greater sense of calm into your life. It sounds magical, and it truly is. Our brains can only focus on one thing at a time, so when we direct our attention to the colors and the movement of the brush on the paper, it can have a soothing effect. Please note, this is not medical advice. For serious health issues, please contact a doctor. Let's try this simple exercise together!
    In this video:
Introduction to watercolor art therapy for anxiety relief
Step-by-step guide on creating calming watercolor art

I have enjoyed watching your channel during the JJJ24 collaboration and I look forward to watching you after, too. I like the idea of using art to alleviate anxiety. I usually do art when I feel like it, but I have tried to "flip" my emotions and do art to make me feel better, and that works, too!
