I had to play this in district band not so long ago and it was absolutely my least favorite piece of music we had. Now I wish I could play it again. (Alto sax)
My band is probably the worst at playing this. Why? Well to start off, one of people I sit next to plays too loud and the flutes play too quiet. And sometimes, we accelerate as we go on through the piece. Edit: I play the trumpet
I'm a flute player and our instruments are extremely quiet regardless of our effort to play it loud. I'm in marching band and noone can hear us our melody is always assisted by another instrument lol

Different ending added a longer note between the last two notes but other that that I played the same piece.
