Barrow Grammar School for Boys Sports Day 1960

Here is a slide show of Sports Day that was held in 1960 at the Grammar School for Boys. I finally got around to editing all the pictures I took that day and hope there are still people around that participated in the event. Sports Day was always a very big production and the Mayor and Mayoress of Barrow were often there to hand out the awards, this year being no exception.
The video ends with a series of pictures that I was asked to take by people at the event. Sorry it has taken so long for them to be available!
A slide show on video has the advantage of being able to be paused for pictures of special interest to the viewer.
