- Hector the Nigerian Dwarf baby goat is just 2 days old. His Mama Amelia Earhart is a little protective of her only kid (most goats have 3-4 babies at once!) While he waits for cousins to be born in the stall next door, he has befriended the three barn kittens. Mom is not so sure about this plan! Thanks. But, I mean, God gave us all one life, one body, one head, one earth to live upon, one atmosphere to breathe, and we all belong to the same species, so in theory, anything another human being can succeed in, we can too. It might take a very long time and be very difficult, but the fact that someone else did it proves that it is possible. And all you've got to do is figure out:
1) How
2) If it's in your best interests to put in the time and effort to do that instead of doing something else
And then, after that, you just put in the necessary time and effort and keep trying until you succeed. I'm pretty sure it can't get much harder than that. Things can get in the way and stuff. But if you really want to get it done, you wouldn't be wasting time:
1) making excuses
2) procrastinating
3) giving up.
You'd just take full responsibility and own the project and do it until it is done to completion. And then, you'll feel good about it and then do it again for something harder and better. I mean, what else is life about except rising up to all the challenges?

I love how the mother immediately investigates the cause of the door moving towards her baby. It doesn't assume that it will be ok and do nothing or just back away a little, or that it's "just the wind" or something else benign. She's instantly on the case of the potential threat, and then gives the cat the boot. :)

This says it is 3 minutes 41 seconds, but I promise you it felt like it was only 30 seconds. I wanted more instantly. I know taking care of them must be hard work, but I fell in love with this.
I could make movies all day in the spring and summer they are all so darn cute. But I try to just see what I can catch in 20 minutes when the kids are here and they never disappoint! Glad you enjoy them too!!

Reminds me of my baby pet goats when I was growing up on our farm. They just latch on to any other animal that will entertain them because of their curiosity and intelligence.
I love the way the cat and kittens all just know this is a peaceful creature. It might be annoying or make them jump sometimes but it's not a threat.

So much accomplished in that moment- is astounding how young + raring to go and learn: wagging tail exploring and proud of himself! 🥳🥰&social wanting friends. I took my son to a petting zoo once, and one of the goats had JUST delivered, as in, they weren’t even totally clean and dry yet. They were so stinking cute! I couldn’t believe we timed it so well, it was precious to see them so tiny.
Every time I watch videos like this I always say the same thing "why are you not hugging that baby" I want to cuddle him so much!
