@@termanviktoria8955 Yes, just choose "photo avatar", then upload your own photo to be animated. On the free plan, you can create up to 5 photo avatars 👉 bit.ly/heygenfree
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by Pictory's video, but any jpg or png image of a person (or creature) can be used as a photo avatar. Probably it works best if they're directly facing the camera

To be clear:
1. I can use this with an avatar based upon a client (presumably reading that disclaimer)?
2. I can use streaming avatars to respond to live user queries?
A. Can that streaming avatar be a client’s avatar?
B. What format does a “knowledge base” have to be in? That’s a pretty vague term.

Thanks! Here are my answers (but I'd recommend checking with HeyGen support for confirmation on these points)
1) Yes, as long as the client reads the disclaimer and passcode for you, you should be able to create an avatar of them. Last time I checked, the system did validation based on a statement read into a webcam, so you may need to be with the client, or let them log into your account to do it.
2) The streaming avatars are currently in Beta test (see "Integrations" which was formerly called "Labs" in the lower left corner). Try out the demo with the CEO Joshu's avatar to see how it works.
It looks you could use a client avatar as streaming avatar, and the idea is that it can be used to answer live queries. I believe there's an additional cost for this service, and I agree knowledge base it kind of vague, so check with HeyGen support for more details.
