You get each piece by completing the other sets. For example, when you get all 3 SEEKR pieces I think you get the Shoes. So to get the full Spacesuit set, you need to complete the SEEKR, Striker, Tactician, Reclaimer, and Deadeye sets

It should be there, I dont believe anything changed with the last update, but Ill check to be sure.

I dont remember offhand, but when you select that mission it should place a marker on the map somewhere.
