Thank you. Good video. I was just given this device as a gift in the original box. It was brand new. (I had a previous product from Lacrosse. It was a weather man It was very good and lasted for years.) With this new device there no full manual that told you how to user it. Once I set it up I noted the same problems you did. So thank you for your video. I am giving the gift back to exchange it for something else.
It works well and difference shown outdoor is updated slowly.
There is a button "reset" on the back of the main sensor. You have to click on it and everything is synchronized!

The heat os the hand affects the reading.
I have one (different model), IAN 354196_2010, with 3 outdoor sensors and for some reason, the kitchen sensor does not want to connect (on the indoor unit it shows low battery indicator although it does not have low battery).
It's not done by your hand and nor are the results instantaneous. It takes 5 readings every minute and then adjusts. To get a more accurate results leave them alone for 5 mins.
why does the red light on the smaller device light up?

Im always using a rechargeable batteries.
I have an old (2009) model and cheap batteries last for a year or even more. Very energy efficient.
Hey, mine is not showing any temperature now, ive changed the batterys but nothing works, just makes light..
Maybe you can reser if possible?
Mine is well and after insert the battery around 5 mins, the device will automatically set the correct time even you place have summer/winter time.
Both work good but it cant connect to outdoor one so its practically useless without it :( any idea what to do ? Tryed change battery waited , changed to same frequency but nothing work . Will it connect to difference outdoor one from difference brand or ?
Put them close together. Remove bateries from both parts. Put batteries first to small unit (outdoor sensor) and later to main unit. Wait a little. If they are still not connected, open small unit and press TX button. Try few times. If this will not help they can be brokes, so return them under warranty.
And be sure that sensor is set up to the same channel as is displayed on main unit. If main unit show CH1 (channel 1) the sensor should be set up on CH1 as well. If not working change channel and try 2 and 3. Sometimes something interfere and there is a problem. My station working fine on Channel 1, but on Channel 3 it shows minus 18 dec, so maybe it connect to neighbour's freezer :) :) :)
@@DWGibek ok thanks i puta batteries right before and vhanged to same chanel but didnt tryed use TX button few times until it will connect , i used it before but not many times. Well outside senzor and inside working but outside one cant show up on big display
What tells you anything about the weather?
I have bought one but it does not show if the humidity is comfort/too wet/too dry etc. Anyone any idea how to fix this? The dark arrow does not appear.

How to set a clock
I just bought one of these from Lidl , had it a few weeks until I opened it up and tried it. The difference between outdoor sensor and indoor pad went up to 4`C at one point standing side by side eventually settling for about 1`C difference after 30 mins. Opened up outdoor sensor to see if there was any adjustment but no.
Wouldn't know where to start by opening up the indoor pad so basically my conclusion is - What a load of crap. Save your money.
My one will not connect
Same here, connects to neighbors transmitters but not mine.....
Does it have backlight?
Yes but not constantly on to save battery. Can only be turned on for 5 sec. Holding button doesn't help it still turns off.

A piece of shit (two in fact).
Inside temp. is off by 1 degree, but the outside temp. is off by 9 degrees!
Not holding in hand, I left the two units at the same place for a day.
From the store direct to the garbage.
I bought the LD6273 (IAN 429789 EAN 4055334779623) and it no longer lists any tolerance in manual but still values are off by 1 degree and humidity by 10%. Will take it back to the Lidl.
