I fallowed this to the T and shortcut won’t show as an option. I wonder if Apple stopped this with the update. I just got my watch and it won’t let me do this.

@@Dalton_Parker just figured it out. I had Siri and shortcut iCloud sync off. Once I turned that one the shortcut option popped up.
