We had blue skies with no clouds and about 87% totality. It was pretty neat to see all the shadows! Crazy how dark it got!
So amazing!! We were in 100% totality but I was working and I missed it 😢 such a cool moment and so cool you got to see it!

Loving this! Yours is the first vlog we have come across of the eclipse besides ours. Impressive speed getting it out. I also love how you incorporated the news and the map view of the line of totality. We just experienced our first solar eclipse today in Erie Pennsylvania. Was your town crazy busy? We were told to stay home because traffic would be gridlocked but it was completely normal traffic even with lots of tourists in town. I love hearing all of the excitement at your house! Yes, we saw that little red light on it too like your son did. That REALLY was an INCREDIBLE experience!!!
So our town was a bit busy but not as much as it would have been. The forecast was suppose to be rain and storms but it held off but out of town didn’t want to risk it so people went elsewhere. We were told to stay home as well. It truly was incredible and we got to see it from our backyard. Also, we knew we needed to get this vlog done quickly.lol it was rushed though.
