For achieving a kill meanwhile mr delays receiving the essence and ultimately dying like a fly when they have one or two mr items giving diminishing values for the champ like they should have it scale with the game based on level like slight increases with the base value! Like +2.5 or even +1 every lvl the longer the game goes on because lethality champs like draven or jhin just examples hit 2 aa or 1aa plus q dealing mostly 1-2k dmg on average each hit in a team fight youll likely die, cc'd or just outright punished for playing your cards right without any sustainability

Honestly, I don't like Gathering Storm for Ahri because I prefer to win in the early game. As for Transcendence, I focus on cooldown reduction so that my skills have shorter cooldowns, which helps with ganking and clearing lanes more easily. You should give it a try, but be careful in war or laning, you could get one-shot by assassins.
Love the Ahri - Nunu and Willump duo. You two together are really unstoppable 😮
