My son and I flew on Etihad on Oct 15, 2024. Included in the ticket price was a 2 night stay at Abu Dhabi.I had booked this ticket on Sept 1, 2024. I called Etihad everyday for my 2 night stay at Abu Dhabi. But they never gave me the 2 night stay in Abu Dhabi. And I was left stranded in Abu Dhabi for 2 nights. I will NEVER travel Etihad again. I will be reporting this to The Department of Transportation in USA. I have 2 emails from Etihad confirming my 2 night stay inclusion, which I never got.
