Sorry I do not have any hard data. But it probably depends on the condition of what you are driving over! I look in the rear vide mirror. If there is bounce I slow down. Hiker has a nice setup with the proven shock and leaf spring suspension. You can do a lot of firming up on a leaf spring with spring helpers easily. Shock is to keep the tire in the road in bumps. We ordered one of the basic ones. We have owned an 30' RV and it was a PIA to tow, store, and maintain and the kids wanted to spend camping time watching the TV. Our goal was to have all the camping gear stored in the Hiker and we could easily hook-up and go on a whim.

I enjoy seeing all the different types of tear drop trailers and other type of small trailer campers. And they all have different functions for different folks. But for pure artistry and esthetics I don’ t think any compare with the Vistabule. The Vistabule is just so pleasing to look at.

Hiker Trailers is one of my favorites...if I was going this route I'd go with just a base unit and skip bells and whistles keep the cost way down. More or less perfect for the person who'd like to build his own from scratch but doesn't have the space or resources to do it....get this instead and then DIY all the customization to make it yours. Thanks for sharing Cosmo!

We love our Hiker! Have mid range and the 270 awning is best! Two doors with windows in doors. Slide out galley tray. No heat or AC but living in Colorado it’s fine and max fan is great. Solar prep and we bought portable panels. Makes it feel like you have tripled your space. We paid $about 14k. But fyi Colorado plant was like 18 month wait!

@@CosmoWeems, my EBike charges off my solar generator and solar panels. There are many German bike trailer videos, but they don't have accelerator only EBikes like here.
E bikes are growing in popularity her in USA. RV can take them rather than a car and use them as a second vehicle for travel. I interviewed a shop owner but have not been able to fit it into my videos. My audience is very focused on what they want to see. I bicycle a lot. No condensation with a Propex. It has a heat exchange box. Combustion fumes and moisture never enter the trailer! I love my Propex and dont want to an additional fuel. Get what works for you! I hear ya! I am in New Jersey its been in the high 90s for a week topping out at 97. I was camping off grid and would have caught fire without a 12V fan. I agree - get what you need for sure! They offer an A/C but I cant remember where they put it. Robbie is very helpful and like to chat so if you need more info give him a call. They showed a roof mounted RV AC in the video but a traditional plug and pay 5000 BTU is a more economical/standard option. Any thing with the letters RV on it is shorthand for bend over. really enjoyed the video Cosmo , when it comes to the small micro trailers I'd have to say these overland style trailers are my favorite , and as far as integrating the plug&play power stations weather it's ecoflow or any other reputable brand is a slick idea.

Hikers were very popular there with the rough dirt road crowd. I am not for hire and I only feature companies I feel are well run and turn out a good value/quality trailer. Hiker Trailers is one of my favorites...if I was going this route I'd go with just a base unit and skip bells and whistles keep the cost way down. More or less perfect for the person who'd like to build his own from scratch but doesn't have the space or resources to do it....get this instead and then DIY all the customization to make it yours. We love our Hiker! Have mid range and the 270 awning is best! Two doors with windows in doors. Slide out galley tray. No heat or AC but living in Colorado it’s fine and max fan is great. Solar prep and we bought portable panels. Makes it feel like you have tripled your space. We paid $about 14k. But fyi Colorado plant was like 18 month wait!
Hi Jonelle. Nice I am using portable solar panels to. I love them and on my setup I can stay off grid in any weather as long as i want! Longest trip was a month off grid. There are many German bike trailer videos, but they don't have accelerator only EBikes like here.
E bikes are growing in popularity her in USA. RV can take them rather than a car and use them as a second vehicle for travel. I interviewed a shop owner but have not been able to fit it into my videos. My audience is very focused on what they want to see. I bicycle a lot. I use traditional human banana powered bicycle (road, mountain and folding). =Cosmo

I would go for a diesel heater no condensation

They offer an A/C but I cant remember where they put it. Robbie is very helpful and like to chat so if you need more info give him a call. They showed a roof mounted RV AC in the video but a traditional plug and pay 5000 BTU is a more economical/standard option. Any thing with the letters RV on it is shorthand for bend over. really enjoyed the video Cosmo , when it comes to the small micro trailers I'd have to say these overland style trailers are my favorite , and as far as integrating the plug&play power stations weather it's ecoflow or any other reputable brand is a slick idea.
