I have a suggestion for your battery compartment, rather than worrying about your battery performance in sub-zero temparute, how about installing a heater in your battery compartment, so you don't need to worry about sub-zero temperature compromising your battery performance, because it's in ideal condition with the heater installed, cheers! 😝

This is caused by winds picking up moisture as they blow over Lake Huron, and that moisture becomes snowfall. Lake effect snowfall can be intense. Blizzard conditions are common, and visibility on the roads is poor.
There's nothing wrong with your "pajamas" for sleeping. It's better to be warm than fashionable in these conditions. Who's going to see you but us??? The wifey may giggle a bit, but she knows you are doing everything to stay warm and dry, so you don't get sick.
Hi I just wanted to throw this in, hopefully it will help. I was just thinking that when you go to the store for your adventure. It would be good to pick up extra stuff in case you get snowed in or break down. Maybe stuff like Ramon soup and tuna

クーピーさんのお陰で、我が家でも車中泊が当たり前になってきました！
まだ雪の中での車中泊は経験が有りませんが、先日は外気温6℃で寒さ対策を実施して車中泊をしてきました。
簡単な断熱などをして、快適に過ごす事ができました。
これからも車中泊レジャーを楽しみたいと思います！
私はキャンピングカーではなく、ホンダのSUVで車中泊をしますので、普通車でも行える寒さ対策や、狭い車内で快適に過ごせる方法など、教えて頂けると今後の車中泊も更に楽しくなりますので宜しくお願いします‼︎
